When placing a text layer inside a frame (without any fill, stroke, or effect), Figma shows an unexpected additional color (usually black) in the “Selection Colors” panel.
This happens even if the text is styled correctly using a color variable, and there are no other visible color sources.

• The color cannot be selected, changed, or removed.

• Adding a transparent fill just adds another color to the list.

• The issue appears consistently as soon as a text layer is placed inside any frame.

This seems to be a misleading behavior in the Selection Colors panel, as the color is not visually present or technically applied to any element.
