Issue with components

I discovered an issue with components. Looks like when you create a NEW component but name it the same name of an older component, THEN delete the older component and want to publish/push the new component, it does not show up in your other design docs. Only when i renamed the new component to something like (componentname V2), republish your design library, then it would correctly show up in the new design docs as a valid replacement to the newly deleted component.

What i expected to happen is when i deleted the original, old component and published with the new component, the instances would then update automatically.
