Hi.I am writing regarding a recent charge to my account. I am on an annual plan, and I understand that you do quarterly seat billing. I accidentally forgot to review the seat count, and one additional seat was charged in the most recent update.This was unintentional, and the user was not supposed to be active. The charge occurred less than 12 hours ago, and I have already corrected the seat count. I kindly ask if it is possible to refund the amount charged for this extra seat.Thank you for your understanding and help.

We're using a Starter (free) plan, so we were redirected here by Figma Support.We’ve already checked: Version History (files are gone) File links (no access) Trash (was emptied) We’d like to ask:👉 Is there any way to restore files that were permanently deleted from the Trash on a Starter plan?These files are critical for our work and any help would be greatly appreciated.If anyone has been in a similar situation or has insights into possible recovery methods, please share!Thanks in advance 🙏

Sometimes when I try to change the page I’m to another inside a file, Figma just blinks and doesn’t change it. I can’t navigate to the other page.

I tried to create a new design file, when I hover the [+Create] Button, the list below (that includes Design, FigJam and Slide choices) keep reappear and disappear, so I could create any new file.This issues only happed in my surface pro, but not on my normal laptop, so if anything, hope you guy can fix this issues

Hi, I exported my figma animation to dotLottie, however there is this unexpected red marks on the exported file.   The actual animation looks this:  Anyone knows what are the potential root causes of this issue? Thank you in advance!

I recently received a message stating that my Figma Education Plan has expired, even though the Education Plan is supposed to last for two years, and I have only been using it for one year.Since my circumstances have not changed and I cannot afford the premium plan, I reapplied for the Education Plan, but my request was rejected with giving this meesage: You’ve already used up your free access to the Figma Education plan.Upgrade your plan to keep creating and editing unlimited files, or create a new Professional team.Is there a time limit for accessing the Education Plan?I can't afford the premium plan so plz allow me to use educational plan as there are my bootcamp project that I can't view or further work on.

Hi!I am exporting a 60page pdf from figma using File > Export Frame to pdf. It works, looks great as a pdf with text and images. My colleague has printed it before without issue.But today when we print both new and old versions the images are ALL gone (not in the pdf, but when printed). Replaced with just the BG color or nothing. Printing another random image file works fine (just to test), but not the pdf. What has happend? What can I do to fix it? It has maybe 9 images in total, spread out so its not that many. It also doesn't need to be great print quality, just a fast print, but it does need the images. Please help! 

I deleted a team by accident that had important ongoing projects. I never got an email to be able to restore the deleted team. I’ve had submitted a request to figma but I still haven’t received anything back. Please help me resolve this issue asap, I’m very worried.

I have never been so angry at the company in my life. I paid for Full proffesional seat the previous month. Even though I cancelled it, money was withdrawn from my bank account. $15!!! As I contacted support, they answered me with something like “make sure that this is the correct email address”. So I did and texted them back. It’s been 5 days since I texted them, I never got an aswer!!! And today they dare to send me smth like “how did we do?” form, I am SO annoyed with them. How can the company be so disorganised and arrogant? Never in my life will I pay a cent for Figma anymore. Please tell me how to get an answer from them!!

I'm having trouble accessing the Figma AI features even after upgrading my plan—nothing seems to appear or activate.

Whenever I change the color and press esc key, the element still stays highlighted! It annoying to press outside the element with mouse. Do let me know can I fix it. Every time I press the ESC key to leave element, it still remains selected! 🤷🏻

I’m currently working on a project and noticed the dots on the is looked off, zooming in I noticed this was also happening on my periods and bullet points.(Font used is Monserrat, a default Google font) I tried to swap to a different font but noticed the issue seemed to persist So, I figured maybe the issue would be resolved if I exported the file? So I tried exporting it as PDF and… it was even worse. Any clues on what’s causing this and how to fix it?

Explore community tab automatically closed when we leave that tab. Any solution for that?

As of now, I encountered a problem with touchpad behavior on my laptop. The overall problem is that when I try to move with two-finger scroll, it only locks to horizontal or vertical scroll.. but when you try to do a circular movement or diagonal, it doesn’t work.. it only works if you start doing the diagonal/circular movement from the start. So the overall problem is that movement with trackpad is segmented and it’s not fluid like other systems. This problem is not present in MacOS or Linux versions and I also tried multiple touchpad-s that I have and they all have the same problem.

My files were gone last night and I really need them. They were drafts and my account is a starter in Figma. Now when I enter the link, it shows me this and I am the creator.

Sometimes when a flow diagram is getting very complex, the right angles of the default arrow type become distracting to manage. It would be beneficial for me to be able to set the default arrow/edge/connector type to be a straight line instead, so that as I am creating the diagram I can be less worried about the placement of nodes and edges while I am creating the content. There doesn’t seem a way to set defaults, but it would be super valuable. Thanks!

I use the password manager provided to me by my company. Keeper. This is common tool i think. However figma login page does not recognize this manager and does not fill the password from the passord manager. I think this is related to the field name of the password. Somehow Keep does not regcognise this.  Really annoying 

I downloaded the Mac desktop app and tried to launch Figma,but nothing happened. It just wouldn't open at all.Figma bounces in the dock for a while, then just stops and nothing happens.So I deleted it and reinstalled it, but the same thing happened.I even cleared the caches, but it still doesn't work.What can I do to get Figma to run on my MacBook?

When I want to create a new file in my project the dropdown keeps flickering. I can’t create a new file 

If I go to People and select `New charges since last invoice` it is empty despite owing on this true up. When viewing the people I have no way to determine when they were added. Upgrade reason date appears to be inaccurate as you can click the user’s name to get a window to fly out from the right hand side allowing you to see who migrated the user and when. This information does not match the upgrade information. As a result the `New charges since last invoice` doesn’t quite work as expected. Can you please surface the migrated by and migrated date into the table or update the updated status with that information when they’re upgraded?Thank you,WMD

Basic functionaly is getting flustratinly hard to get in resent software updates.

I’m really not sure why this change to the UI was made but it’s in the way. Is there a way to dock it?
