Figma education plan verficiation limit exceeded error

Dear Figma, I am getting a message that my verification limit has exceeded for my education plan. I have contacted ShareID to resolve the issue asap, but I am still waiting for a response. I have an ongoing important project for my internship, and my education plan has already expired. This is very urgent, and I am wondering if I can get my education plan extended until the issue is resolved by ShareID

Hey ​@Minsung Kang, thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry that you’re experiencing this delay with your education plan verification.

Since the verification process for student eligibility is fully handled by our partner, SheerID, we’re unable to manually extend or approve your education plan from our side. 

 

In the meantime, you can continue working using Figma’s free Starter plan. Here’s what we recommend to stay within the Starter plan limits:

  • Move your files into a single project (within the Starter plan’s file limits outlined here)

  • Remove any extra projects

  • Move additional files to your Starter team’s drafts or to another team
