Hey Lesego, sorry this happened! I know it’s frustrating to lose progress after putting in so much time and effort. From what I understand, it sounds like some of your recent changes might not have synced properly if the connection was unstable.

I see in the backend that you have already reached out to our support team (thank you for doing that!).I’ve gone ahead and escalated your case internally as well. If you can, feel free to add a few extra details (like a short note about what’s missing and the file link) in your case so they can take a closer look.

In the meantime, here are a few things worth checking:

• Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used while working on the file.

• Check your ‘Recents’ tab or use the search bar (just checking if your file might save as a separate draft).

• If you were using the desktop app, please double check your version history. Go to ‘File’ > ‘Show Versions History’ to see if there’s a local autosave.
