Hello here

I got a Figma Education package as a student but Figma is returning “account has been suspended” response anytime I want to login. Is it just me?

Hi BoA! Thanks for reaching out to the Figma Forum, and I understand how stressful it can be to lose access to your account.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to assist with account access issues here on the Forum. Your account may have been temporarily restricted due to actions related to a recent Education plan request, but our Support team can review this in detail.

Please reach out to them directly using this secure form so they can take a closer look: Submit a request.

I’ll go ahead and close this topic for now, but if you have any other questions not related to account access, feel free to start a new thread.

For others who may experience a similar issue, our Support team is the best place to reach out. They’ll be able to review your specific case privately.

To contact them directly, you can use this secure form: Submit a request. Thanks for your understanding!
