Question

My figma is not loading any web/desk versions

I’ve worked today with Figma and everything were fine, but in one moment it stopped loading main page, and gave me ability to only view my file, after restarting it doesn’t loading at all. Any versions, same with desk or web.

Hey @Yaninnaaa — sorry for the trouble today and thank you for letting us know what you’re seeing on your end.

Our engineering team has identified the cause of the issue affecting Figma web and desktop access — it’s related to failures with AWS and other service dependencies. They’re actively working to mitigate the problem and restore normal functionality as quickly as possible.

We’ll keep this thread updated as more information becomes available. In the meantime, you can check status.figma.com for real-time progress. Appreciate your patience while we work to get things back up and running smoothly.
