Library not showing up in "Assets" search results when searching for it.

I’m starting a new file and I need to load a library, however when i search for that published library it’s not appearing within the “assets” search results. Other related libraries are appearing, but this token library is not pulling up. 

Couple pieces of context: 
• It’s a token library that our team published and manages. 
• The library is working for other files that it’s already loaded on. 
• I’m searching for it by opening the “manage libraries” window from the assets panel. I’m getting results of similar libraries, like our UI kit and Icons, but i’m not getting the token library. 

I’ve seen plenty of issues and conversations here about users searching for instances within a library, but that’s not the issue I’m having.
