We are now using MCP server in Android Studio using Github Copilot Agent, We have enabled MCP server in Figma, then it is connected in Android Studio Copilot then when we give figma selected design link to android copilot agent it says, it cannot directly access your Figma selection or extract design specs from Figma automatically. My expection is, when we give a link to copilot and say it to make UI, it should work,How I can achieve this with android studio

I encountered a very headheadache problem today. Without any limit prompt, my figma make kept telling me "Try again with fewer inputs". I tried different inputs but couldn't ask questions. If this conversation is too long to ask questions in this make, is there a way to migrate my code to a new make to start a new conversation? 

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with Figma that I hope someone can help me with.Whenever I export or download images (PNG/JPG) from Figma, the files often appear to be corrupted. They either won’t open at all, or show broken, blank, or distorted areas. This happens both in the browser version and the Figma desktop app.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:- Exporting in different formats (PNG, JPG, SVG)- Changing resolution settings (1x, 2x, etc.)- Downloading from different browsers (Chrome, Edge)- Using the desktop app (same issue occurs)- Clearing cache and restartingDespite all of this, the issue still happens — especially with large images or frames that include shadows, gradients, or blur effects.Has anyone else experienced this?  Any idea what could be causing it or how to resolve it?Thanks in advance for your help!

Since the last Figjam update on the Ipad app, I cant see which color is selected on the pen/highlighter/etc. 

Why did you mess up the cursor work so badly?So inconvenient and not accurate.Now it's simply impossible to move small objects without zooming to them a hundred times.The zoom cursor used to be conveniently located on the outside of the corner, now it's always on the top left for all corbers.Working with the gradient cursor is just torture. Hit the gradient point handle is a quest.But the ugliest part is that the object creation cursor is now completely faux.It doesn't draw the shape where it is expected, but draws it offset from the cursorhttps://0x0.st/8VgY.024.mp4

Glass Style Creation Resets Frost ValueI’m trying to apply a frost value of 4 to a frame and then creating Effect Style for use in other places. Once I’m done configuring the glass style settings on a dummy frame, I click the “Create Style” plus icon and instantly the “Frost” value inside the glass style configuration gets reset to 24. The value can be changed back to 4 or any other but this change is not reflected in the actual style and glass stays blurry as it would be for a Frost of 24. Looks like a simple background blur and does not get cleared as the Frost value is lowered.

I’m currently working on a dashboard using the new grid system of AutoLayout but I can’t find a way to add new rows to a frame without distorting the elements I’ve already placed on the grid. I started with a 10x8 square grid an then decided to add more rows to fit other components; if I add them from the grid options it will keep the frame size and fit the new rows within the height it has, changing the row height. From there I’d have to adjust the height of the frame manually so I could keep the same row height I had before.Is there a way to define the width and height of the columns and rows? wouldn’t it be easier if I could add rows  with the same row-height that would adjust automatically the height of the frame if there’s enough space on the parent frame?Example before adding the rowsAfterWhat I wanted (adjusted manually (not sure if I kept the same row height without a calculator))How I think it could work:Ex: Add a new row in a Word table (similar to Google sheets) 

For a long time, the figma pen has been lagging, but that’s fine because we’ve been patiently waiting for them to fix it and could still make do. But recently, I don’t know if it’s because of the updates, but the pen function has been horrible when I use my graphics tablet. Not only does it lag (as it has always done), but it is faint and you have to press down real hard for it to work. I can’t write using my laptop touch pad but it works better with the touch pad. Please Figma team, help me out because using Figma is now becoming next to impossible for a classroom setting.

So I have a problem with viewing my design in Figma.I am designing a desktop app interface on a 1440px frame, which suppose to be some kind of standard for desktop apps, and I am using component libraries such as shadcn.The problem is that library components use font size 14px, which is same as the size that is used on Shadcn website.BUT when I use those components in my design, they are just too small for the window and 14px text is barely readable.I tried to understand what is wwrong so I took a screenshot of the Shadcn dashboard example in the browser, pasted it into Figma and tried to match font sizes. Recently, I started using AI to generate images in Figma, and overall it’s been working well for me. However, I’ve encountered an issue with the new image editing feature:When I place the cursor within a word to edit, as soon as I start typing, the cursor jumps to the end of the prompt paragraph instead of staying where I placed it. help! :(i’ve been rebuilding the entire design system with design tokens as variables and styles and then made detailed documentations of it all, entering Figma this morning and ALL variables and styles are gone, components and text looks correct and seems to understand that it should reference the variables or styles, but it is all broken trying to view the variable or style, ex for colors it shows a box with the color but no name.i have tried updating figma, open in browser, regenerating all instances, revert to an earlier version nothing helped.note, that my Figma project started as an sketch import that i have continued building on top of, i don’t know if this could be the reason that Figma suddenly decided to delete ALL variables and styles in my document :(even more strange, if i create a new project and copy/past my content over, i now see the design tokens original variable names and typography and color style names, but they don’t exist in the document.is there anything i can

Please get back old verion of Grid with Wrap function! New one is not working well and it doesn’t fit needs of the projects!New Grid doesn’t support vertical Hug, It makes strange gaps between components in grid based on size of the container.

I’m having trouble finding the Auto Layout configuration after updating to the latest version of the Figma Desktop app (I’m using a Mac). It’s no longer showing up in the usual spot on the right-hand panel.Below a screenshot showing two rectangles that are already using Auto Layout, but I can’t seem to find the configuration settings for it. 

We (as a team) had created a full page and from one to another it has disappear. We can’t recover it even going back to the version history. Has anyone gone through similar experience?

I  have been facing this issue continuously for the last 4-5 days & it’s getting frustrating. When is Figma Team resolving this? __/\__

I move someone from a Collab seat(Plan subscription) to a View seat, their Collab seat becomes available and then I assign the seat to another person but why Figma show invoice that I have renewing monthly seat?

I was in a Team Project in a Started Mode and since I'm a newbie I didn't know that files created in the Drafts section are attached to that team project, I thought they were my personal drafts. I left the team project and now I can't access that draft. I found guidance how the owner can recover it (I had "can edit" access) but the guidance was only for professional plan and I didn't delete the file in the Drafts section, I only left the team project. Will I be able to access it again if my account gets added back?Or can the owner somehow access the file that i created in the Drafts section? The thing is two of my accounts were in that project, and by looking at Drafts section of account that is still in that Team Project, that file doesn't appear.What can i do? How can I or the owner access that file that I had in the Drafts section of the Team Project that I created when my account was one of the members of that Team Project

Problem:I have Figma Code Connect set up and working in my project (I can see other components like TextField from @pperform/atum are properly connected), but when I query the code connect mapping for a specific Figma component, I get an empty result {}. I’m sure that i already get the right component which have the setting code connect.Setup:Figma Code Connect is configured and working for other components in the projectUsing React/TypeScript frontend with @pperform/atum design systemCan see "Connected" status in Figma for other components (e.g., TextField). Expected Behavior:Should return the code mapping/connection details for the Figma component

In figma Make i ran up to the limit of the AI Chat with claude sonnet 4. i can’t ask it anything anymore. It gives an error. Can i clear all cache on the chat somehow , so i can continue the project? anyone who can help with this?
