Can't verify education plan with the collage mail

I'm experiencing significant issues with student verification for our educational plan, as our college does not use SheerID and instead relies on Google accounts.

The verification process for students has resulted in numerous errors and access problems. Specifically, some students currently lack access because they cannot maintain a free account within the educational team structure. Furthermore, SheerID support has been unresponsive to our requests for help.

As a related ongoing issue, SheerID has also failed to update our college's name, which officially changed last year.
