Hello Figma Support Team,

I’m a student at Ahmedabad Institute of Technology, currently studying Computer Engineering.
I’ve been trying to apply for the Figma Education Plan, but I keep getting the message “Verification Limit Exceeded” from SheerID.

My college doesn’t provide a student email without an extra fee, so I selected the “I don’t have a school email” option during verification. I tried multiple times but couldn’t complete the process successfully — and now it seems I’ve hit a limit.

Could you please help me reset my verification or manually verify my student status?
I can share my student ID card or any official proof of enrollment if needed.
