I am a kindergarten teacher. I have also sent several emails and begged for any help at all.

I completely understand how frustrating the process must have been. As a Kindergarten teacher, your school needed to reach out to us and sign our terms for schools, before being able to grant you free access to the Figma Enterprise tier. This information is available in our Education plan FAQs here.
