Verification Failed Due to “Exceeded Limit for Student Plan”

Question

My education verification for the Figma Student Plan failed with the message “Verification Exceeded Limit for Student Plan.”
I think it happened because I tried to submit the verification form several times when it didn’t go through before.Could someone help reset the verification limit or review my request manually?
