From what you described, it sounds like you upgraded your team from the Free Starter plan to the Professional plan, but you're still unable to access Professional features like adding additional pages.
I checked on our end and it looks like your account currently only has access to a Starter team. Do you happen to have another Figma account that might be tied to the Professional plan?
In the meantime, could you please double-check that you followed the correct steps outlined in this guide: "Upgrade to the Professional plan" tab in the "Upgrade your plan" section of the Upgrade or downgrade your plan guide?
Normally, Figma will charge your credit card and upgrade your account immediately. If you followed the guide and are still not seeing the upgrade, we’d love to take a closer look.
