figma professional monthly subscription not applied to free account

Hi,

I just purchased a monthly figma subscription and I’ve tried to add pages within one of my projects and it is still saying that I need to purchase and upgrade. I can see my access is set to ‘full’ but I can’t add additional pages.

I have also tried logging out and then logging back into my existing account.

Please help! It’s urgent as I am in the middle of a job application test.

I understand this is time-sensitive — we’re here to help!

From what you described, it sounds like you upgraded your team from the Free Starter plan to the Professional plan, but you're still unable to access Professional features like adding additional pages.

I checked on our end and it looks like your account currently only has access to a Starter team. Do you happen to have another Figma account that might be tied to the Professional plan?


In the meantime, could you please double-check that you followed the correct steps outlined in this guide: "Upgrade to the Professional plan" tab in the "Upgrade your plan" section of the Upgrade or downgrade your plan guide?

Normally, Figma will charge your credit card and upgrade your account immediately. If you followed the guide and are still not seeing the upgrade, we’d love to take a closer look.

I am having a same kind of issue. I had education plan. It got expired. Now, I tried to buy a professional plan. I managed team. Added Card for  Payment proceeded with it. Filled all the necessary details. Generated e-mandate for my debit card. Got redirected to home page. But my account is still locked. I have tried multiple times but nothing happens.

I have tried to fill the form for custom support with the account i had. It showed that you are not authorized. I tried multiple time and issue was same. I am in urgency to complete a project and this happening from more than a week.
