Figma educational verification

— SheerID’s system can sometimes reject verification if even one detail doesn’t exactly match what the institution has on file. Usually the fastest solution is: Double-check the exact formatting of your name (spacing, initials, special characters)

Make sure the documents clearly show:

• Your full name • Institution name

• Current enrollment status + academic year Confirm your school email is still active and recognized as a Higher-Ed domain If everything is correct but SheerID still rejects it, you’ll need your university admin/registrar to confirm that your student record is active and visible to external verification systems. They can fix the mismatch on their end.

I have checked everything but still error is popping up. My insitution is recognised as well as accredited.

I confirmed with admin/registrar that my student record is also active and accessible.

Community moderators to not have the ability to review education inquiries in any capacity. Since you’ve been unable to successfully receive reason as to why you are not able to be verified with SheerID, please reach out to education@figma.com with your proof of student status. They will be able to assist you further.
