Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for the Figma Pro subscription that was charged to my account today.When I upgraded to the Pro version, I did not see an option in my subscriptions to cancel automatic renewal. Because of this, I believed the payment was a one-time charge for one month of usage, not a recurring subscription.At this moment, I no longer need the Pro plan. The charge was made today, and I have not used Figma Pro features since the payment was processed.I kindly ask you to review my case and issue a refund for the recent charge if possible.Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.I will appreciate your support.

Hi Figma Community, I’m reaching out for advice as I’m facing a billing sync issue and haven’t yet received a response from support. I was on a grace period for the Professional plan. I completed the payment more than 8 hours ago and have the paid invoice as proof. However, my account is still showing that the plan will end shortly (currently less than 30 minutes remaining). I’ve already emailed Figma support earlier today with:  Paid invoice attached Screenshot of the expiry warning   My concern is temporary team restriction, as my team is actively working. Has anyone faced a similar situation before?Is there anything else I should do while waiting for support to update the billing status? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. — Shakinur Rahman

Hi ! If you can help it’s wonderful ?I’ve been trying to connect a repository with Figma Make but each time on the figma website i have the same message popping “Could not create repository” in red on the bottom. I tried doing it on chrome and Safari, both failed. Do you have any ideas ?   

I’m building my design portfolio using Figma Sites.When I try to publish, I keep getting an error saying that some images are missing alt tags.All of my images are nested inside components, and I’ve added descriptions to them in Figma Design. However, those descriptions don’t seem to be carrying over as image alt text in Sites.Is there a quick way to resolve this within Figma Design, or do I need to manually add alt tags to every image directly in Figma Sites?There are a lot of icons and images across the pages, so doing this manually would be very time-consuming. Any tips on how to fix this or speed up the process would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

PLEASE HELP! ;(This is what I have been looking at, I tired everything, I cleared the cache, changed browsers, tried a vpn, reinstalled my browser xD, nothing works. Please any clue how to fix this or is this from figma side ?  

People should not have edit access to my Figma Make file just because I gave them edit access to the folder it's in. They need edit access to the folder so they can make their own Figma Make files. But I don’t want them editing MY Figma Make file! Not only that, it’s a template. Only I should be editing it. 

Sometimes it feels like I’m going crazy.. I remember of doing it but it doesn't exist now..

My Education Plan was not reopened even though i received a verification message, and now I get the “Verification limit exceeded” message, but have not been granted access yet. I'm a few days from finishing my education, and I will then lose access to my student mail instantly. I had access for my first semester, but have yet to get access for semester 2. I need access to my files ASAP to be able to move my files before it's too late. Please help! 😭

Figma Makeでプロンプトを入力する左サイドエリアの幅をドラッグ調整したとき、自分の入力したコメントはエリアの幅によって折り返し表示されて全文が読めるのに、AIの返答に対しては表示幅が調整されず折り返されないので、エリアの幅をドラッグして広げないと、はみ出している部分が読めない。これは作業において非常に不便で手間になってしまい、スピードが落ちます。改善していただきたいです。

Hi A file disappeared after leaving a space (Mucho). Now I have access to that space again but the file is not there and the team managing that space is not seeing it either.It was called something like HYBRID PRODUCTION WORKFLOW FLOWCHART.Can you help please?Thank you 

I have encounter 2 problems that frustrates me when using Figma slides.Background: I made a template for me and my team to use, and have set up a footer as locked graphics, and included a page number count text box within the locked graphics.1. Sometimes when we come back to the slides after a while or even while editing, 1-2 page’s element will be moved around/ missed align to original design. We will have to manually re-organise them again.2. When duplicating pages or moving a page around, the page number count does not update. We currently can only add in a new slide and copy the old page’s element into the new slide. Is there any solution or is it the current limit of Figma slides? Should we just stay using Design file for presentation.Thank you.

Hi Figma team & community,I’m stuck on the SheerID step with the error “Verification Limit Exceeded / already redeemed or attempted” when applying for Figma Education.• What I tried: logging in with the target Figma account, applying via figma.com/education/apply, contacting SheerID to reset attempts (awaiting response).• Ask: once SheerID resets/approves, please ensure the verification is linked to my Figma account. If there’s a prior/partial verification under another email, please advise on re-association. 

I have received the following details from SheerID team.Here are the details of your approved request:Date Verified: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] Email address: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] Verification ID: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]But Figma Education team doesnt seem to respond or solve this on priority basis.I have been put on hold and this has led my students also to suffer the same.Pls find us a solution to use or we have to see for other platforms.

I’ve granted full access to another person as a seat and he could make edits to the file yesterday, but he cannot today. He can move elements around but not edit text! Help please

Figma prototype keeps opening in the web browser and not the Figma app, even when the app is downloaded and logged in. 

I'm participating in a Connected Project as a guest and encountering an issue with Figma MCP.Around September, I was able to use Figma MCP without any problems, but recently it has started returning the following error: Error: This resource couldn't be accessed. IMPORTANT: Before continuing, you must tell the user to make sure their paid Figma seat includes Dev Mode access, they have the right permissions for this file, and the provided link is valid.I have a Full Seat on my own team and can edit files in the guest project, so I don't believe there are any permission issues. (I can access files from my own team via the MCP server.)The host is on an Org Plan, and I'm a guest on a Pro Plan.I'm using the desktop MCP server.Does anyone have any information about this? Can we fix this issue?Note: someone else had this exact same issue:  

I’m trying to publish a set of templates in Buzz, but they don’t show up under “ready to publish” (see screenshot).I’ve closed and reopened figma (desktop) a billion times and nothing. I also deleted all the earlier templates I tried to test and made a new one (copying directly out of my figma file) because this was happening in another file. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? It worked like once and then I tried to add more templates to the file and now it’s not working at all.  

Hello, I have seen this issue quite a few times in the forum (locked out of Figma account that is tied to school email that can no longer be accessed) and was unable to get a response after I opened a support ticket, so here I am seeking help for this issue.The workaround that is suggested by Support staff on this forum (email forwarding) is not an option for me unfortunately.Thank you!

I have tried several times to log in and verify my student profile, but each time it tells me I still need to "verify status." If I try again to verify it, I get the message "Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer." What should I do? I’ve already contacted the figma support but they haven’t responded yet…I really need my figma education account for my uni finals

I’ve been running into an issue when using Make to generate prototypes. During generation, Figma often crashes or freezes. After refreshing the page，the prompt I just entered is lost and the prototype generation does not complete. However, AI balance points are still deducted, even though no result is returned 😐.From a user perspective, this feels unexpected: if there’s no successful output, points probably shouldn’t be charged.Has anyone else experienced similar behavior with Make? Any comments from the Figma team would be appreciated.

I’ve tried turning it off and on, clearing the cache, switching browsers, and even creating a new account, but every time I enter an AI prompt I keep getting a “something went wrong” error.
