Hi, I wanted to add a Gantt chart template to my FigJam board, however, they seemed to dissapear from my screen when I tried scrolling. Later I noticed they didn’t get deleted, they were instead on the right side of the board. Attempting to scroll to that side, on my MacBook and on my iPad, the board just does not allow me to go past the halfway point of the FigJam board. Now I am afraid I cannot access those templates, and I can also not delete them as I cannot reach them…Help is appreciated!

I’ve been using this plugin for quite some time to import JSON translation packages into Figma variables and it works great. What I did was to convert the structured JSON into Flat JSON with “/” delimiter (as the figma variables support), then import the flattened JSON using the plugin into my figma variables. resulting in a structured figma variableshttps://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1342144412728651309/language-variables result For some reason recently Figma variables unable to import all the text in the JSON files, sometimes some lines are missing, sometimes it does not import anything at all JSON structure is the same, the process still the same.I did some testing that importing the JSON straight to figma variables (still structured json) works, figma then replaces the delimiter to “_”The only caveat is that i need to edit the variables manually to make it structured like in the first picture, which can be troublesome if there are hundreds of string variablesWhat went wrong? wh
Hello everyone,For the past few months, I’ve been noticing a recurring issue with Figma: after each update, some elements in my designs (like text or buttons) disappear or revert to an earlier version. I’ve checked the version history, and there’s no intervention from my team. This issue occurs on both my professional and personal accounts, and even on designs that haven’t been modified in a long time, sometimes over two years.When I look at exported versions (whether as images or on Zeplin), these errors weren’t present before the update and the export. This suggests that the problem isn’t due to my own oversight, but rather a bug.The issue is quite problematic because it forces me to double-check and correct these designs before every client or internal presentation. Hey Figma Heads!I’ve noticed that some of my icons have holes in the circles where they’re not supposed to (e.g., in images). Does anyone know how to fix this issue while keeping everything in a single vector and maintaining a consistent stroke size?It seems like the problem might be caused by the stroke breaking into negative space when overlapping itself.The last image shows what it’s supposed to look like. So i have a file called Global Copy Library which houses all of my written copies in string variables. It is published as a libraryWhen I work on a project file I would add the global copy library file into the project’s libraryThis allows me to “recall” the copy values from the variables in the global copy library file directly into the project file, effectively reusing the copies I’ve created before, somethin like this Let’s say i have a button in the project file that i want to label it as a Save button, I will pull the “Save” copy variable from the global copy library and attach it in the button text property, then the button will be labeled “Save”If i made a change in the “Save” string variables in the global copy library file, let’s say “Save” changed into “Keep” then i publish the change, what usually happen is that i need to manually update the library in the project file like in this screen. Hello, I am education verified, but some of the students I work with are not. For them, I have used open sessions when we have live class activities. For some reason, it’s not working anymore. It keeps telling them that they have no editing access even when the first message that comes on their screen is that they can add text, draw, and add images on the figjam. Yet last week it was working. It has disrupted a lot of activities. Please help me out. Also, I thought that even if someone is not education verified they can still edit a file but will lose access within a week? Kindly clarify that for me.

I’m encountering what appears to be a billing bug related to the Professional (monthly) plan.Here is what happened, step by step, without revealing any personal or financial information: I purchased the Professional plan with full seats on Oct 17. My coworker also purchased a Professional plan separately for their own account. I created a team and invited a collaborator to work on a project. Before the paid month ended, I cancelled the Professional plan around Nov 1, well before renewal. After cancellation, my account correctly showed the Free plan and no active subscription. However, on Nov 11, I received a new charge of $20, for the same plan period as the previous billing cycle — even though I had cancelled and was already downgraded. I confirmed through my bank that the payment was actually taken. My Figma account still shows Free plan, meaning nothing was renewed — yet a charge was still processed. Recently, it seems that now interacting with prototypes in the Notes view of presentation mode in Figma Slides does not reflect what the audience is seeing in their view of the presentation. I have to move my cursor away from my notes to the audiences view of the slides and interact with the prototype there. This seems like a bug to me. It was not performing this way last week. Additionally, another update that seems to have happened at the same time is that prototypes in Slides load automatically and do not need to be clicked on to load, this is OK, but in my use case, i wanted 2 prototypes on the screen at once (Before & After versions), and having them load at the same time causes confusion. Having an option to load immediately or start on click would be helpful.
I have applied for the student plan. After few day, I got an email stating my student account is verified. But when i login to my account it is not updated and i am still in free plan instead of student plan. Figma branches are repeatedly failing in ways that block design system work and compromise the reliability of library updates.Key issues observed: Library updates continuously reappear When creating a branch, Figma shows “updates to the library” that have already been resolved. These same updates reappear over and over, even after being accepted in previous branches. Merged work does not appear in the main file After merging a branch, the new work doesn’t show up in the canvas—even though it does exist. Using Cmd + Y reveals the updated content, but it remains invisible in the main file. Forcing us to delete branches and redo work Because the merged content won’t appear, we’re forced to delete the branch entirely and re-create the work from scratch. No amount of refreshing, reloading, or republishing makes the work visible. Hi Figma team,I need help with a billing issue that also locked all files in our team.Here is the timeline: I had an annual subscription for our team with 4 editor seats. During the year, some additional users were added and given full editor access. As a result, our team ended up with 7 editors in total. When the annual renewal date came, the system tried to charge us for 7 editor seats instead of the original 4. I contacted Figma support and was advised to cancel the current subscription and start a new one to fix the seat count (case 1616056). I followed this advice: I cancelled the subscription and attempted to set up a new one. However, before this process completed, the original subscription was automatically renewed anyway, now with 7 seats. The payment for this renewed subscription failed, and as a result all files in the team were locked due to non‑payment. Hello,For the past few weeks, our developer team has been unable to view the text styles in the Layer Properties panel in DevMode. When any text is selected, the Layer Properties section remains stuck in a loading state.In our current project, we have been using a custom font that we uploaded externally (not from Google or Figma fonts) since the beginning, and we have never encountered this issue before. We believe this problem started occurring after recent updates.We created a new project and tested it both in the web application and the desktop application. When we use Google or Figma fonts, the visibility issue does not occur.
I logged in to my account and wanted to go to my file that contains my project. But I got an error "Not found (404)If you expected to see a file here you may not have permission to access it.
