I kindly request that you provide your Certificates of Tax Residence for the fiscal years 2025 and 2026 for the purposes of tax reporting in Poland.

These certificates are necessary to ensure proper withholding tax compliance and to fulfill our reporting obligations to the Polish tax authorities.

I would appreciate it if you could send the documents in PDF format at your earliest convenience.
