Dear Figma support,

I'd like to request an audit of My Account history for the last 1 week, The subscription done is gone and all files on my account have been deleted.

At the moment, I’m still unclear about what happened to the files in my account or how they can be recovered.

I’m particularly concerned because this account has been active for over a year and contains numerous project files tied to ongoing products, along with an active monthly subscription. However, it now appears as though the account was newly created on March 15, 2026, with none of my previous files present.

I would also like to reiterate that I did not take any action to delete my account or remove any files. Doing so would be completely counterproductive given the active projects currently associated with the account.

I have already checked the Trash section (both Files and Projects tabs) and there are no files present. and also i am not a member of any other teams or organizations where the files could be located.

Additionally, I am logged into the same email account that has been used for over a year and that holds my active monthly subscription. However, the account is currently appearing as though it was newly created on March 15, 2026, with none of my previous files or projects visible.

I would greatly appreciate any update you can provide and assistance in restoring my account and recovering the missing files as soon as possible.

Thank you for your help. @Tom Reem @Celine_
