Unable to verify Student Status: SheerID/Education Figma rejected and limit exceeded

Hello Figma team. I am an undergraduate studying in college. I am probably reporting this problem for the 6th or 7th time, but it’s important for my career as a UI/UX designer, so it would be great if i could get the required help. 
So for the past 1 or 2 weeks I have been trying to verify my status as a student using my student email ID. It started off with a bunch of errors and I reached out to both SheerID and education.figma to resolve this problem. However, I got turned down each time. This is what the mail says: 

Thank you for your patience while we conducted a thorough review of your verification history and the associated escalation.
 After a deeper look into your request, we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to verify your status at this time. Because our system could not validate the information provided—and due to the nature of our verification platform—we are not able to offer further details or manual assistance for this specific request.
We realize this isn’t the news you were looking for, and we truly appreciate your time and understanding regarding this final determination.


Also, the verification limit has been exceeded. The constant loop of rejections is absolutely frustrating, considering the fact that i am one of the few students that is unable to verify my status for something important like my career. I hope that this case can be looked into and get ticketed for further assistance.

I can see you've been working at this for a while and have already reached out to both SheerID and the Figma for Education team — that's understandably frustrating. I’ve surfaced your post with the Figma for Education team so that they have the full context on your experience.

SheerID manages the verification process from end to end, and we are not able to review documents or adjust verification settings from our public forums. I know that's not what you want to hear, especially after multiple attempts. If there are any updates or new information you can provide to SheerID, such as additional documentation, their team at figmasupport@sheerid.com would be the best path forward for getting another look.

thank you for the response. By documents do you mean proofs that I am a college student? Because I had attempted that earlier with SheerID support too, but got turned down again.
