Не запускается нигде

Здраствуйте. Уже больше недели не работает Фигма в браузере. Попыталась скачать приложение для Windows - не устанавливается. Конечно, удобнее работать через сайт. Подскажите, в чем может быть проблема?

    I understand Figma hasn’t worked in your browser for over a week, and the Windows app won’t install.

    Since you prefer using Figma in the browser, please first check the system/browser requirements here:
    What are the system requirements for Figma?


    Once you’ve confirmed that, could you please share a few details so we can troubleshoot?

    • Please force-quit your browser, open a new browser window, and go to figma.com. Do you see any error messages? (If possible, please include screenshots.)
    • Which browser(s) are you using?
    • Have you tried a different browser?
