Upgrade from free plan to Dev Seat, not part of organization

Glad to hear you want to upgrade your plan. You can do this through the following steps:

1. Open the file browser by logging in to your account at figma.com.
   • If you’re in a specific Figma file, you can access the file browser by clicking Main menu > Back to files from the left sidebar toolbar.
2. Next to the team name (that you wish to upgrade) on the left sidebar, click the Free badge.
3. In the popup modal, select the Professional plan.
4. On the next page, select your Dev seat. 
5. Click Next: Payment.
6. Enter in your payment information.
7. Click Next: Review.
8. Review your plan and subscription details.
9. After agreeing to Figma’s terms of services, click Complete purchase.

I upgraded to a Dev plan, but I still get this error message when I try to switch to Dev mode. How do I use Dev mode?
