Issue Verifying Student Account

I’m currently experiencing an issue when trying to verify my student account. Every time I attempt the verification process, I receive an error message and the verification cannot be completed. I also received a notification saying that if my account is not verified before March 15, I will no longer be able to use Figma Design.

I have also contacted SheerID, but they informed me that they are currently unable to verify my student status at this time. This is quite concerning for me as I rely on Figma for my studies, so I would really appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

    Hey ​@Lydia_Pham! Since you’ve already reached out to SheerID and weren’t able to get a resolution there, the best next step is to contact our Education team directly at education@figma.com. They’re best equipped to review cases like yours in more detail and see what options may be available.

    When you email them, it’s helpful to include:

    • Screenshots of the error message you’re seeing

    • A brief timeline of what you’ve tried so far

    • The responses you received from SheerID

    That context will help them investigate more quickly. Once you’ve submitted your email, feel free to share your Education support ticket number here. I’m happy to help flag it internally to make sure it gets visibility.

    Hello, I too am unable to verify my student status despite having contacted both sheerid and Figma education. My verification limit has exceeded and neither SheerID nor Figma education has a positive response. It’s not possible that I am one of the few students unable to verify it. It would be great if you could reach out and fix this issue soon.
