I’m on a Figma Professional plan and have an Open Session enabled on a FigJam file. The session works correctly on desktop - visitors can access the guest name-entry screen and edit without an account. However, on mobile, visitors using the exact same open session link are forced to sign up or log in instead of seeing the guest name-entry prompt. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the FigJam file and click Share2. Enable Open Session (confirmed active, 24-hour window showing)3. Copy the open session link4. On desktop: visitor opens the link, sees the guest name-entry screen, can edit with no account - works as expected5. On mobile (tested on iOS and google phone): visitor opens the same link and is shown a Sign up / Log in screen instead, with no option to continue as a guestThis looks like a platform-specific (mobile web) bug in how the Open Session link is being handled, since the identical link works fine on desktop.
Some members of my team have suddenly been unable to view Figma files they were previously able to access an hour ago.I have checked that the User Group has View access to the Team and I have also checked that the affected people are in the User Group. I have tried asking the users to restart and I have tried removing the User Group from the Team and re-adding them.My current workaround is to manually invite users individually to the team.
I need help with a billing issue. My teammate was previously an admin on the team “El equipo de MARIANNE FLOR SALAZAR CABELLO”, but I she no longer has access to it and she is still being charged for Professional Full seats on invoice Q1CF0YMS-0002 dated Today, July 07, 2026. My open ticket is 2002810. I need help stopping future charges tied to this team. For the problem I still went back to the team. A few weeks ago, we canceled a plan and we removed the card from the team’s payments. Now, months later, an amount of 127 dollars was charged to the account of someone who was no longer in the group and who, as I mentioned, had already removed their card. However, the charge went through and the receipt was sent to me, but in the project it still shows that we are on the free plan, and it also doesn’t allow us to view the transaction from the file browser. Lately, the copy/paste properties is no longer working with an in-line text. For e.g., if I change color or font-width within a paragraph and want to copy/paste properties/styling to another section of the same paragraph, it is no longer possible. It was such a useful feature to save time while formatting text. Is it a known bug? or a permanent change? Has anyone found a good workaround for this? Thanks
There is no slider to quickly resize the text.While working with text, the editing panel has sliders for quickly changing the line spacing of the text and the distance between letters, but the same is missing for the text size.Thank you!

I encountered a weird problem with some components. Sometimes when I click on the specific component variant all property values are cleaned (without changing anything in them) and I get a warning about layer invalid name (or corrupted property values when I try to publish a library). When I look on the left panel with Layers, variant name looks perfectly fine but still I need to handle property values manually in the right panel.I don’t know what are the steps to reproduce this issue. Apparently, I’m running an online contest and I relied on Figma Motion as the on-screen graphic. Now the way the animation works is that I tend to use preset animations (e.g. opacity, position). For example, a simple text would have an entrance and an exit animation, consist of Opacity + Position > wait > Opacity + Position. There are two Opacity to allow smooth entrance and exit. Now everything works fine, until one day when Figma Motion started to break down. Figma Motion only accept one opacity per element, according to my testing, and only if the animation start at 0s then it will work fine. Delaying the animation will result to the element being exposed before its initial animation. I will also attach a “before everything crashes” video and a “testing crashed” video. I appreciate your attention, and to hope this issue will be fixed asap.

Hi everyone. I’m currently blocked from testing a local plugin I’m developing because my Figma desktop app suddenly refuses to open on Windows 11.I've already cleared the caches, reinstalled, and gone through the full troubleshooting gauntlet with support, but the app just crashes silently on launch. Since I can't test local manifests in the standard browser, my development is completely stuck.I’ve pasted the full system details and everything I’ve tried below. If anyone has found a fix for this silent crash, I’d incredibly appreciate your help/-The Figma Desktop App completely fails to launch on Windows 11. Double-clicking the application shortcut, launching from the Start menu, or triggering an open in desktop app redirect from a browser results in absolutely no visual response. My personal Figma account is not accessible anymore or does not exist. I went to add my username and password to log in as usual today and it said the combination did not exist. I had just logged in yesterday and so I am pretty confident I have the correct combination. I then went to reset my password but no email appeared in my personal email, suggesting there is no longer an account associated with the email. IThis is an extremely frustrating experience considering Figma in general has not been performing as it was before Figma Make was introduced. In addition, it was very difficult to find the appropriate avenue to contact Figma to report this problem, and I am not sure this is the correct forum.

I have a 2.45gb figma file I am trying to upload into my drafts and unable to do so. Every time I try on the desktop app, I get the an error with the reason saying crash. I’m working on a pattern builder component concept for our design system. The component has a master base slot nested within a single-row, 12-column grid auto-layout. This layout has variants for different patterns and breakpoints. The grid is then nested within another slot in the main component, allowing rows to be duplicated to build a layout. The component also includes various other elements and tokens to control spacing.
