I am encountering rate limits extremely quickly when using the Figma Images API.Even when downloading approximately 10 images, I consistently receive HTTP 429 responses with very large Retry-After values (around 400,000 seconds). The images are being exported from the following Figma file:https://www.figma.com/design/MgNkAQkNBETXwipSe024oc/Details:- Endpoint: /v1/images/MgNkAQkNBETXwipSe024oc- Authentication: Personal Access Token- Requests are executed sequentially (no parallel requests)- Request rate is very low (2 request per second)- Requests are executed via C# using the Unity game engineAdditional response details:- Response body: {"status":429,"err":"Rate limit exceeded"}- Retry-After: 397777 seconds- Response header includes: X-Cache: Error from cloudfrontDue to this behavior, it is currently impossible for me to use the API for asset export.Could you please check whether this file, my account, or my IP address is being throttled at the CloudFront level, or if there is an additi

For several months I have been applying for a license (K12), filling out this wonderful form, but no response, what happened, the institution is the same, the place of work is the same. If the educational institution does not meet the parameters, at least some feedback is possible.

When I try to draw or write only straight lines appear. The ruler in the settings can’t be turned off

Once I import a file, for example a picture the color looks different:Normally : OrangeAfter import: Red

I am a solo user on a Professional annual plan. I have a pending $166 invoice that appeared despite having 'Auto-upgrade' disabled. I have already corrected my seat assignments and reached out via the support bot, but I haven't heard back. Can a moderator please escalate my case?

I have a row of pictures moving in infinite marquee effect on my website. Every picture is linked to a page on the same website, and it goes with a text link that leads to the same page, so both picture and text provide the users with an opportunity to click. However, when the marquee cycle is complete, both pic and text links stop working. Refreshing the page works well since it starts the cycle again, but I’d doubt that my users deserve this kind of UX. Is there a way to keep the links functional? Am I missing something?

At the beginning of the year I started experimenting with Figma Make using our React component library along with “Syncfusion”, a third party component library we use.  A new release of Figma Make around the end of January saw “tabs component” of this thrid party library unable to render in Make.  It will show up on page load then disappear once does “Refreshing”.  I know what your thinking “It is the third party library”.  I assure you I have tested this component with the exact same code in every other environment and it works.  I even isolated the tab code in Figma Make and it still doesn’t render. My real question is, did anything change in the way Figma Make renders the React chunks?  It is showing up with content and then ripping it away when loading chunks from React components.

Estou tentando dar um PUSH em meus arquivos do Figma Make para o Github, mas não aparece a opção push to… (conforme as documentações). Já desconectei e conectei novamente a conta e repositório do Github 3 vezes. As únicas opções que aparecem são: manage Github (direciona para a página do Github) ou Create Repository que mesmo criando um do zero, dá erro.

I tried Figma MCP when it was presented - and everything worked perfectly, but previous week it stopped responding for most of my models, but for some it randomly gives something. Actually it doesn’t work for me as it worked previously. Does anyone knows what’s the issue and how to resolve?

I present a lot of Figma prototypes in full-screen presentation view, but I can’t get rid of the 1px border on the left, right and bottom (see Full-Screen.png). This has nothing to do with scaling or the size of the prototype, but is the border of the actual Figma window. I’m on Windows 11 and the color changes between dark grey and white depending on whether I’m in dark mode or not. The border is not visible in the in-frame prototype view (see In-Frame.png).This is especially annoying if there’s a big contrast between content of the prototype and the frame itself.I had a look at other programs and how they behave: if the program is not in full screen/covering the complete screen, then the border is shown. In full screen it’s not being shown. Seems Figma behaves differently here.

When I open any Figma file in the browser, it takes a long time to load. The same issue occurs in the desktop app. I’ve tested on multiple devices, and the problem is the same for all files. I’m located in Asia (Bangladesh). Could you please advise how I can fix this issue?

Hi Figma Support,I lost access to my Figma files after my Education plan expired.I was the owner and creator of the files in an Education team. After the education status expired, the team became locked and my account was removed automatically. Now I no longer see the team or files in my file browser.I cannot move or download the files because I no longer have access to the team. There is no other admin or owner available to reverify or re-add my account. The files are very important and were created by me.Could you please escalate this case to the account recovery or data recovery team to help restore temporary access or recover the files?Old account email:[redacted PII - DJV 2/27/26]Thank you.

I have tried verifying 10+ times  for my master's program in the United States, and my classes have already started, and one of my courses requires Figma Pro, but what can I do if SheerID is not able to verify? I have contacted SheerID, and they say that they can't verify my profile. Now I have exceeded my limit to verify it seems.I have run out of verification limits twice. The only prerequisite for being a student is a university name and  email id .SheerID can't even verify that education@figma.com was of no help either. Said that only SheerID can help. Could you kindly resolve this or provide a solution, as your SheerID team is not even verifying?

I've noticed recently that the branch icon is missing from the file tab, although it's visible on the left panel. Can we get this indicator visible? Also, it's missed from the recent opened files menu

Hello, I am currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree and I receive a “Verification limited exceeded” message everytime I try to verify my status. I am now receiving a message on figma that I will loss my files if I don’t verify my status in the next 7 days. could you kindly resolve this issue.

I have a charge on my bank stanment for $20.00, i want to know why and who you are. Ive never heard of Figma or ever signed up for anything from it. I had to create an account just to report the theft from my account.

I was working on this project in make, and now I can't view my project at all, only a black screen, no matter what I do. https://www.figma.com/make/EzuPePUgV0VxeNEl6FonTA/Untitled--Copy-?t=ZoL7xSRiEDVpRvqf-1 Here is the project itself.

Previously, I had an active Education plan under an old email. Since I no longer have access to that previous address, I updated my Figma account to my current email.Following the update, my Education status was downgraded, and I was asked to complete the verification process again. However, when I try to re-verify my student status, I receive a message stating that the benefit has already been claimed/verified.I contacted SheerID for clarification, and they confirmed that my verification is active and tied to the new email address I used for my login. Despite SheerID confirming that everything is correct on their end, my Figma account still doesn't reflect the Education plan benefits.Could someone please help me understand why the plan is still blocked and how I can restore my access?

Um frame não está prototipando. Um botão funciona mas outro não. Os frames estão na mesma tela. alguém pode me ajudar?

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing an issue with the Prototype Preview mode in Figma. In previous versions, there was an internal address bar located at the top (next to the view mode toggle) that displayed the current route, such as /feed or /chat. This allowed me to manually type and navigate between different pages in my project quickly. However, in the current version, this bar has completely disappeared. I can no longer see the URL or manually change the route to test specific pages.Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a shortcut or a setting to toggle this address bar back on? I've checked the "View" options but couldn't find a way to restore it.Any help would be greatly appreciated!
