Feels like I have been getting ripped off by Figma for two years now

I have the annual professional plan on Figma but looks like i have been getting ripped off non stop on Figma. As you can see, almost every month, I am being charged extra for God knows what. 


I work with multiple customers and so they almost always end up sending me share requests on Figma. But I only give them View access, never more. I check and double check but when I’m billed extra, I go to check the seats, and somehow, one of my customers is given full seat on Figma. How this happens is beyond me. Because I don’t do it. and I can vouch for myself. This has been a common recurrence for so long now. I’m having security doubts now since I have changed my password multiple times on Figma too. So why is this happening. I googled some and I see this is a common occurrence ​​​​on Figma. Other people seem to be having this same problem as well. And why is my annual billing all the way up to  USD 197.6 now from USD 144?

Figma team, please see to it that this is resolved. Thanks.
