We have a confirmed Dev seat assigned to a user (Organization → Members shows Dev, upgraded by admin, billing active, role = Software development).Dev Mode works correctly on figma.com, but in the Desktop App clicking the </> Dev Mode icon triggers a “request Dev Mode access” flow, as if the user didn’t have a Dev seat.We already verified: Dev seat assignment and billing User role (not guest / not external) Organization settings (no Dev Mode restrictions) Full macOS cache + preferences reset Remove & re-invite user This seems to be an account-level Dev Mode entitlement desync affecting the Desktop App only.Could you please re-sync or refresh the Dev Mode entitlement for this user?

Heyy,Before I had the possibility to align two shapes/components/anything together while they were in 2 distincts frames. For example to simulate the gap between instagram posts, apple store preview etc.I usually was able to select the 2 items, and by clicking on the horizontal alignment, they were aligning perfectly. It’s no working anymore in my Figma and wanted to understand if it was a bug, removed feature or simply a false memory…Would be nice to be able to do that again 💜Thanks! Edit: It’s working correctly with different text blocks in multiples frames …   

In one of my teams, I accidentally activated the Education plan for the entire team. As a result, members who were on the Free plan can no longer edit files.I would like to downgrade only this specific team to the Free plan, without having to create a new team, since we have many drafts, projects, and people already working in this workspace.

I added 3 extra annual seats to Professional plan, but I thought that after adding them, I could choose which are the users to have it.Now it added annual billing to users that I don’t want to give.I talked with the chatBot and he said that annual billing is given to random users, which is not what I want.How can I choose specific users to have annual billing and remove the ones that I don’t want to have it?

I want to cancel subscription to the  lug in called 'AI Layout & Style Generator prompt.to.design by superrun”. They have been charging me since last 3 months. They never provided any receipt. They do not have contact details on their website. There is no link in the plug in to cancel.  When I subscribed 3 months back, I was taken to a stripe link. Since the plug in offered by Figma, Figma must provide me an option to cancel.

Hi Figma community,I’m trying to verify my student status to get the Figma Education plan, but I’m blocked with an error that the verification attempt limit has been reached. What happened I attempted verification last week while I was outside the U.S. I completed the application and received emails from SheerID, but the verification did not go through. When I tried again today, I got the message that the verification limit has been reached. I have never successfully obtained the Education plan before. Additional detail I’m using my school-issued email.  What I need help withHas anyone run into this before? Hi,I’m running into an issue with Variables and Color Styles and was hoping someone here might have insight.I unchecked “Hide from publishing” on my variables and published the library. After that, in another Figma file connected to this library, I tried to edit a color style by selecting the library and choosing a variable.However, when I open the variable picker, the variable shows up without a name and without its color value. Has anyone experienced this before, or knows what might be causing it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Im exporting PDFs from Figma and noticing a big size jump when using Inter or Lato font. Example:• 1-page PDF with Inter font ≈ 1 MB• Same page with different font ≈ ~450 KBThis feels large for a single text-heavy page.Does anyone know why only inter does this?

Is this intended behavior? When I switch modes, the variable color previews don’t update. It’s only when I open the dropdown that the swatches update.

Hello Figma Support Team,I am experiencing significant delays when using Figma. Often, when I try to quickly access a design, the application displays a "Loading" message and takes a long time to render the file.I understand that in the browser version some resources may need to be loaded occasionally, but I expected the desktop app to behave differently. Ideally, all the necessary elements should be available locally so that designs can open instantly without frequent loading interruptions.It is frustrating to encounter the same "Loading" delays both in the browser and in the desktop app. If the desktop version works exactly like the browser, it defeats the purpose of downloading it, since I was hoping for a faster and more reliable experience.Could you please clarify why this happens and whether there are any solutions or improvements planned to reduce these loading times?Thank you for your support.

Horizontal scroll seems to be off. On desktop app, the scroll is working but doesn’t fell as smooth, however, same frame on mobile app in Mirror mode is not scrollable.Tried restarting both Desktop & Mobile app few times but devices have latest Figma versions. That didn’t fix the problem. 

Hi, I found no way to unlink the linked Figma design from Jira. When I tried unlinking it from Figma, it was removed from the Figma plugin, but the link still remains in Jira.I searched for this issue and saw that some users reported it as fixed, but I am still encountering it.Thank you.
