I clearly remember canceling my subscription, but I was still charged $22 through automatic billing.
Additionally, even after the charge, my account remains on the free plan and does not show any active subscription.
I would like to understand why this charge occurred, and if this was an error, I would appreciate a refund.
Also, please confirm the current status of my subscription, and if it is still considered active, I would like it to be canceled.
Additionally, I will be switching to a company account and do not plan to continue using this account.
