Hello,

I would like to request a refund for the charge related to the Figma Full license.

This license was requested without my permission or authorization, and I no longer use the tool, especially the features included in the Full plan. Also, I currently do not have this amount available in my budget, so this charge has affected me financially.

I kindly ask you to review this situation and process the refund, considering that I did not effectively use the advanced features of the license and that the subscription was not authorized by me.

I'm not able to access billing details from here, but I've confirmed your request is with our Product Support team. They're looking into the charge and how the license was activated. Your case number is: 1868476, and they'll follow up at the email tied to your Figma account.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend downgrading your plan to prevent any further charges while this is being reviewed. This resource covers how to do that as well as the refund policy: Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
