From what I can see, your account is currently on a paid Professional plan, which means you should already have access to paid features. The Education plan is essentially a free version of this. 

To help look into this further, could you confirm:

• Whether you applied through this form: https://www.figma.com/education/apply
• Approximately when you submitted your application
• Have you’ve checked your spam/junk folder in your inbox for any updates

I am currently using a paid personal account, but I need educational approval for a separate project at Gyeonggi-do Job Training School. If I need to create a new account specifically for this educational approval, please let me know. I am happy to set one up and re-apply immediately. I look forward to your guidance.

Since you’re currently on a paid Professional plan currently, what you can do is cancel your current plan first, and then apply for the Education plan once your team has downgraded to the free starter plan.

Here’s how to downgrade/cancel your current plan:

• Open Figma (browser or desktop app) and find your Professional team in the sidebar
• Click Admin
• Go to the Settings tab
• In the Plan section, click Cancel plan
• Choose a reason and confirm the cancellation

After canceling/downgrading, you’ll still have access to Professional features until the end of your current billing cycle. Once that ends, your team will automatically move to the free Starter plan, and you won’t be charged again.

At that point, you can apply for the Education plan using your school-issued email here: https://www.figma.com/education/apply.
