Here is the error: TypeError: Failed to fetch dynamically imported module: https://app-aeqw524lvvf2iionbdlcy6i644vdpsps3ywic6xscmfy4bys3o6i.makeproxy-c.figma.site/src/app/App.tsx Figma can't manage to correct it whatever information I give it. The issue seems to be on one of the buttons of the header of the app, but it can't find it. The person who sent me the project has absolutely no problem opening and bring modifications to it. All my Figma Make credits are falling into this error correction, which doesn't lead anywhere. I somehow manage to access it correctly sometimes, but this is a rare case where the version loaded instead is not completely updated, I'm not really sure how it works. Can you help me?
The bot you set up in the support section for sending you tickets is constantly refusing to respond. When you try ten times to explain that it's a bug, it refuses to understand that it can't solve the bug. When it sends you a form to submit a ticket (not on the first day of your request), it tells you it's sending a request, but in reality, its ticket sending service is simply broken. I can't reach your support team to tell them about this. My ticket about a bug in your bot or your app has never been sent to support. Your bot simply can't handle the task, and my attempts to explain this have been unsuccessful. This problem is widespread. You don't receive any tickets because the bot refuses to send them. This makes your service's support absolutely worthless, given the large number of bugs being fixed, especially since you're too busy implementing new features and neglecting to maintain existing ones. Give me feedback, your app is buggy, you're losing customers
I built a 12 month calendar variable where I want the user to be able to select a date and have it highlighted, and at that same time every other date will go to default.I have a set variable set up on the first calendar date, turning it to selected and all other 30 dates go to default.When I copy and then paste these properties, nothing happens. This has been an issue over a year ago, but then it was fixed and now it is broken again.

After using Figma’s “Make AI” feature for ca. 10 prompts, my credits dropped significantly to 1,220. Notably, my last prompt alone consumed 136 AI credits, which is unusually high.For context, this level of usage is extremely high compared to other AI tools we currently use. Under our Pro Plan, 3,000 AI credits should equate to roughly 30 prompts based on the current credit logic. Even when considering higher-tier plans, the numbers still appear disproportionate:Organization Plan: ~35 prompts × 100 AI credits Enterprise Plan: ~42–43 promptsAdditionally, 2–3 months ago, AI credit consumption was much more consistent and transparent. Hello, my Figma Make project has been unable to load properly for almost a week.The screen keeps staying on a blank page with a loading indicator in the middle. There is also a message at the bottom saying, “Live preview loading, interactions may not be saved,” but the content still does not appear even after waiting for a long time. The Publish and Share buttons in the top-right corner are still visible, but the main preview area cannot load at all.I have tried waiting and checking multiple times, but the issue has not improved.

Hi everyone,I need help with an upcoming charge for a Dev Mode seat that was added by mistake.Situation: A Dev Mode seat was accidentally activated in our team settings. I noticed it immediately and downgraded the user back to "Viewer" right away. However, I see an upcoming monthly invoice scheduled for May 30, 2026, for this seat.The issue with Support Bot: I tried to resolve this through the automated support assistant, but it requires an Invoice Number. Dear Sirs,I’m on the free Starter plan and don’t see any Figma AI features (no magic wand, no AI options like First Draft, Generate, Edit with prompt, Remove background, Vectorize).What I see: File in Drafts (Free) Plan: Starter / Free (confirmed in Settings → Plan & billing) Searching “AI”, “Generate”, “First Draft”, “Remove background” in Actions shows nothing native, only third-party AI plugins (UX Pilot, Codia, Photoroom, etc.). Could you clarify if Figma AI is available on the Starter plan, or do I need to upgrade to a higher plan? When running a prototype in the Figma design file, the prototype sometimes launches from unrelated pages instead of the intended starting frame.Steps to reproduce: Open the Figma design file. Click Present / Play Prototype. Expect the prototype to start from the configured starting frame. Actual result:Instead of starting from the intended frame, the prototype repeatedly opens the same two unrelated pages/frames. The correct prototype flow cannot be accessed while this occurs.Expected result:The prototype should launch from the defined starting frame and follow the configured interactions.Workaround:Closing the file and reopening it temporarily resolves the issue, after which the prototype behaves normally. However, the issue reappears intermittently during later sessions. Notes: Issue appears intermittently. Seems to cache or persist incorrect starting points until the file is reopened.

I did not intentionally add these members as editors — they were upgraded automatically without a clear warning in the UI. I can't use any components, typography variables, or colors from my design systems. It suddenly stopped working, both on the web and desktop versions. Figma plug-in does not work in Codex App. I get 401 unauthorized state all the time in the past few days. My colleague on my team also has that error. I have tried pretty much all the methods on internet and none of them really works.The community demand for Codex is climbing at very impressive rate and a lot of people are probably frustrated like me. please fix it or I have to turn to something else that agent can work with. thank you!!

A new bug our design team has just encountered is that our entire design system has been affected by a recent update to stroke/draw. Now our components that use a stroke style at 100% on focus and set it to a style at 0% is now after a year of working, making the the 0% variant shift. Figma now does not hold the space for strokes set to zero using styles while using autolayout. Setting the value to anything above zero make the issue go away. Please fix.

Hello - I transferred ownership of a file to myself, then deleted the old account, and the file seems to have been deleted from my account as well. I am hoping to recover only one file - this just happened about an hour ago.
I asked Make to do some change and the result was not as I expected. I tried to restore previous version but it is not working and now I lost all my work.
Issue Description: I am experiencing a consistent issue with the "Copy Design" button in Figma Make. After generating a design, clicking "Copy Design" and pasting it into the Figma canvas frequently results in a blank frame.Details: Reproducibility: Highly consistent (nearly 100% reproduction rate). Success Rate: Only about 1 out of 20 attempts successfully pastes the design. The rest all result in empty frames. Actual Result: An empty frame is pasted without any layers or content. Expected Result: The complete generated design should be pasted into the Figma file.
Prototypes embedded in Figma Slides no longer allow full vertical scrolling during presentation, even though vertical scrolling works correctly when the prototype is played directly. This appears to be a regression, as the same slides and prototypes worked previously. Whats happening: In the past, I’ve been able to embed interactive prototypes into Figma Slides and present them with full vertical scrolling enabled.Today, I created a new slide deck and added a prototype, but the vertical canvas scroll does not work as expected during slide presentation, despite working correctly when the prototype is played on its own.After noticing this, I went back and checked older slide decks where this behavior previously worked, and I’m now seeing the same scrolling issue there as well.
