Dear Figma Support Team,
I am writing to follow up on my previous inquiry sent a week ago(#1888539) regarding Invoice #BZESWDME-0002, to which I have not yet received a response.
I am requesting a full refund for the overcharged amount and an adjustment to my billing based on the following issues:

Duplicate Billing for Professional Seats: Both my colleague and I had already purchased individual "Full Seats (Professional)" before collaborating. When we shared a team project to check each other's work, Figma retroactively charged for my colleague’s seat as a team member. There was no clear notification that adding an existing Professional user to a team would trigger additional retroactive charges.

Unintended Seat Upgrade: I originally purchased a "Dev Seat," but it was upgraded to a "Full Seat" and billed accordingly without my explicit consent. While the previous history was refunded, the current billing still reflects this unwanted upgrade.

Unidentified "Collab Seat" Charges: I have been charged for "Collaborator Seats," which I have never intentionally used or been informed about. I cannot verify why these charges were applied.
My Formal Request:

Please refund the Prorated charges and the unintended seat mentioned above.

Adjust my subscription so that we are only billed for our individual usage as originally intended.
