I accidentally got two full seats when I actually just wanted to invite two classmates to the file for a group project where we don’t use any of the full subscription features. I’ve cancelled it now as I found out but I’m getting billed 103,26 euros. I would really appreciate if an exception can be made in this case or at least a lower rate/subscription (collab) can be billed which actually mates the features that’ve been used by them.

My initial thought: when you invited your classmates to the file, they may have accidentally requested edit access, which automatically granted them Full seats and triggered the charge.
