Hi support, 

I’m Seyoung Yoon and my email address is (redacted by the moderator due to PII)

I accidentally paid for an annual subscription just right now, and I’d like to get a refund. It will be a great help for me because I no longer use figma and I didn’t use it after I kept my subscription. my billing info is

i just forgot cancelling the subscription and I hope i can fix this problem with supportive figma help center.

Just a heads up that I’ve redacted some of your personal information from this post to help protect your security and privacy.

I understand that your annual subscription renewed and you’d like to request a refund, as you’re no longer using Figma.

While we’re unable to handle billing issues directly in the forum, I’ve found your ticket (#1902267) and added an internal note to increase its visibility. 

In the meantime, you can follow the steps below to cancel your plan (if you haven’t already) to help prevent any further charges while your request is being reviewed:

  1. Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. Select the Settings tab.
  4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
  5. Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.
