Figma account restricted: sharing and Figma Make errors

Hello Figma Support,

My account/team appears to be restricted. When I try to share a project, I see the message:

“Figma has restricted you from sharing this project. Please contact [Redacted by moderator - 2026-05-10] for help.”

Account/team: [Redacted by moderator - 2026-05-10]
Email: [Redacted by moderator - 2026-05-10]

I also have issues with Figma Make:

  1. Prompts fail with “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

  2. Live Preview fails with “Live preview failed.”

  3. The same issue happens in team projects and in Drafts.

I understand you're experiencing a sharing restriction on your account as well as multiple errors in Figma Make. I can see that you've already submitted several related support tickets(#1894322, #1892869, #1894028) — thank you for doing that!

Since this requires individual investigation, we'll handle this through your existing tickets rather than here on the Forum. I've gone ahead and added an internal note to your tickets to help prioritize your case.

 

In the meantime, could you please grant view access to support-share@figma.com on the affected file and share the URL in reply with the ticket confirmation email? This won't affect your billing, but it will help our team investigate the issue more efficiently.

Someone from our team will reach out to you directly through your ticket email.

And when will the problem be solved? I paid for the subscription, and the money was debited from my card. The subscription time is running out, but I can't use it. In fact, I've already lost about a week, although I paid the money for this period. I'm very unhappy.

I have described all the errors above. Solve the problem as soon as possible. I need my account subscription to work. I've been charged money, but I can't use my subscription and work!
