Kateline

Bonjour,

• https://embed.figma.com/proto/... (généré automatiquement par Figma)
• https://www.figma.com/embed?embed_host=share&url=... (format alternatif)

Hi @Kateline, Celyn from Figma Community Support here.

Thanks for reaching out and for outlining everything you’ve already tried, it’s really helpful. I can see you’ve set your prototype to public access and tested both embed URL formats, so you’ve covered the expected setup on your end.

Just a quick check, does this happen across all browsers or just a specific one?

To answer your question, this isn’t related to your current plan, and there aren’t additional configuration steps required for embedding beyond what you’ve already set up.

Since you’ve tested both embed formats, we’ll need to take a closer look to understand what’s causing the error here. I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you so the team can investigate this further, your ticket number is #1897228.

Could you reply directly to the ticket and share a short screen recording of the behavior? It would be great if the video shows the full window (including the layers and properties panels) and walks through the steps you’re taking.

Additionally, please share your file link on the ticket as well and grant view access to support-share@figma.com. This won’t impact your billing and will allow us to reproduce the issue and investigate further with Engineering.

Appreciate you working with us on this, someone from the team will be reaching out with next steps soon 🙏
