Config: Can't purchase additional ticket for team

I’m having issues trying to purchase 1 additional ticket for Config. I already purchased 2 tickets (1 for me and 1 for a team member) but now a new team member is joining in June and I’m looking to purchase a ticket for them.

The issue is that there seems to be no way to purchase an additional ticket when I’ve already purchased group tickets. Every time I log in, I get redirected and am not able to enter the purchase flow. Ideally, there would be a way for me to purchase a ticket so that I can add it under the same company. 

 

Please urgently suggest best course of action as I know that May 22nd is the last day for refunds and I am not sure if I’m able to refund and repurchase as a group of 3 config tickets (instead of 2).

Hey ​@Vincent Tran - thank you for reaching out to us here. Regarding the refund of existing tickets / repurchasing a 3-set, I’m not able to provide any insight or guidance on if that can be accommodated.

Our marketing team will need to assist you to determine if this is possible.

I did some checking on my end, and saw that you have a support ticket filed in our system (#1901400) -- I cannot guarantee the window of time of response, but I can confirm that this has been assigned to someone on the marketing team, who will be reviewing and reaching out to you with more assistance.
