Urgent: AI Credit Reset Request for Academic Project

I am a student currently enrolled in the Figma Education plan. Due to an intensive univeristy exam project with an upcoming deadline on January 23rd , I think I have exhausted  AI credits sooner than expected.

Since the AI features are essential for the specific workflow required by my UX UI course, I am kindly asking if it would be possible to grant an exceptional, one-time reset of my AI credit balance for the current month, or if there’s any way to add them.

This would be a huge help in allowing me to complete my academic requirements on time. Thank you for your time and support.

Hey ​@riccardo gasparello, thanks for reaching out! 

AI credits cannot be manually reset or extended before your monthly cycle renews. Credits reset automatically each month, and unused credits don't roll over to the next period.

That aside, I'd like to suggest upgrading to a paid plan to unlock additional features, or you can certainly wait until your credits refresh. Credit limits are currently enforced for users on Starter and Education plans, as well as View, Collab, and Dev seats on paid plans. Although Full seat users may hit their credit limit, we won’t be enforcing those limits until March 18, 2026.
