I’m having an issue signing up for the free Figma Education plan for classrooms and wanted to check if anyone has experienced something similar.When I try to register, the sign-up process does not let me complete the registration, even though I believe I meet the eligibility requirements. I’ve tried multiple times and reviewed my information, but without success.Has anyone encountered this before or knows what might be causing it? I recently updated my Figma app(on Windows) and ever since then it looks like it is forever loading and never uploads. The browser version works but I want to know a possible fix for this as I find the browser version not as efficient as the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same issue is occurring.

No entiendo que con el plan gratuito pudiéran entrar personas y editar y ahora que estoy pagando no pueda sin que la persona administradora del proyecto compartido pague por mi tambien?
Hello!I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this and/or can help resolve this: In the backend and presentation mode on my device everything is rendering perfectly. But on other devices where the primary font is NOT installed, the text in the prototype is not appearing correctly. We are sharing this with individuals outside our organization, so we can not ask everyone to install the font on each and every one of their devices. Does anyone have a fix for this? Chloe
Hello, I have seen this issue quite a few times in the forum (locked out of Figma account that is tied to school email that can no longer be accessed) and have not received a response to the support ticket I opened, so I’m asking here!I have a secondary email tied to the same account, where I pay for Pro features, but entering that email upon sign in took me to a brand new account (the one I am using to message here). I have almost 6 years of work in my account that seems to still be tied to my university email ([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]) that is no longer active or accessible - email forwarding ended too. Please help me get my work and access to Pro plan back! Thank you!

Dev mode used to show the full list of variants on a compnonent. Now, if you have a component with more than 3 variants, Dev Mode puts these under a “more” button that you have to click to see them.This new “feature” from 2025 means out production teams and developers have to perform extra clicks multiple times per hour. We did file a support ticket, but were told this wouldn’t be addressed.At the very least, the UI should remember if you had expanded the list previously, and keep that setting. This used to be fully expnaded, which supports how we work.

Although I do not use this account heavily on a daily basis, it contains several stored projects and historical data that have suddenly become crucial for my current needs.I respectfully ask that you review the suspension and, if possible, restore access to my account. Hello, I have an enterprise plan and a designer that is at the max of her credits. There is no way for me as an admin to give her more. Since the message states that credit limits are not strictly enforced, is there a way around this?
I set up an educator account and added my students. We all went through the verification process and everything worked fine. This was about two weeks ago. Then last Wednesday all of a sudden my student kept receiving a banner notification telling them that they needed to be verified even though they all were verified previously and used their school emails. Is there a way to fix this?
!--scriptorstartfragment-->When using Preview Mode in Figma, the artboard scales proportionally to the selected phone mockup (in my test cae iPhone X, 375 wide), enabling seamless demoing even on a wider design (in this case, 640): Sizes down to the Preview windowHowever, in Present Mode, the artboard does not scale down and appears wider than the phone mockup, creating inconsistencies in scaling and reducing the effectiveness of presentations (if the original frame size is wider than the 375, you have to scroll horizontally to see the best of the design.) Only the left part of the image is shown.To see the rest I have to unnaturally drag left.There should be an option in Present Mode that is “scale to fit width.”(Yes, we thought about just telling reviewers to invoke Preview mode, but that doesn’t really work because many reviewers don’t know Figma, so a direct link to Present Mode is the best.I have heard this might be on a roadmap to fix, but haven’t heard anything lately.!--scri
I installed the Sound Kit plugin but when it opens the audio options are not selectable and I cannot upload a .mp4 file. I restarted Figma, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, and tried both the desktop and web versions with the same results. How do I solve this issue?
I’m experiencing the lagging, no feedback or response when using Rename layers [AI] feature. It’s taking longer than previous experience to perform the task. I have to wait about 15-20 seconds to see the progress, and can’t do anything in that waiting time. Let’s investigate and improve this experience.
I am trying to configure Figma MCP in MS copilot agent using custom mcp using remore url → https://mcp.figma.com/mcp. I get below error while creating a connection to mcp. Failed to login. GetDynamicClientRegistrationResultAsync failed. Status Code: Forbidden, Response: Forbidden can someone experience such issue and fixed it? Please note that same mcp with remote url works well in vscode.

I'm experiencing an issue with the brush tool in Figma's drawing environment.I have a simple drawing tablet with a pressure sensor. When I was drawing, I noticed that the stroke was responding to pressure – the harder I pressed with my pen, the thicker the line became, which was great!However, this functionality suddenly stopped working. Now, no matter how much pressure I apply, the stroke remains uniform.Has anyone encountered this problem before, or does anyone know what might have happened or how to fix it?

We have a mock website built in Figma Make that contains multiple interactive graphs. As of this afternoon, all the graphs stopped displaying properly and only show white/blank space. Figma Make is telling me there is an issue with Recharts but nothing it tries is fixing the issue. Was this caused by the update today? How can we bring back our graphs?

When I click it, my page automatically returns to the beginning of my flow.Anyone else having this issues?
