Report a Problem

Hi,I submitted a plugin for review over a month ago but haven’t got any news since, could I please get some info / solution soon? Thanks in advancePlugin name (GTM ASO Localizer)

Hi Figma team,I submitted my plugin Pitch Deck Lab for review about a month ago and it's still showing as "In Review". No feedback, no rejection, no requests for changes — just silence.I understand review times can vary and that the team is working through a high volume of submissions. I've seen similar threads here recently. What's making this harder is the support experience itself:I tried reaching out through the support chatbot and it loops on itself. It doesn't open a ticket, doesn't escalate, and doesn't hand off to a human. At this point I don't know if anyone on the review team is actually seeing my submission.Could someone from the community team:Confirm whether Pitch Deck Lab is still in the normal review queue, or if something is blocking it. Check if any action is needed on my end. Let me know the best channel to follow up if the review continues to stall — because the chatbot clearly isn't it.Plugin name: Pitch Deck LabThanks a lot for the patience and for the work you do

Dear Figma Support Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding my Figma account with the registered email address: (redacted by the moderator due to PII). My account was suddenly suspended without any prior notice or explanation, which has caused significant disruption to my work. There are a large number of important original design files, project drafts and case studies stored in this account. These files are the core results of my long-term work and study, and are irreplaceable for my subsequent work arrangements. I have always used Figma in strict compliance with the platform's usage policies and have never engaged in any illegal or policy-violating behaviors.I sincerely understand that the platform has relevant account management rules. Even if my account cannot be restored for some reason, my most urgent requirement is to hope that your team can assist me in retrieving all the original design files stored in the account. I would be extremely grateful if you cou

Dear Figma Support Team,I’m asorn, my Figma account email is [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]. I encountered an error when publishing a plugin to the Figma Community: “We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed”.Thank you for your help. I look forward to your reply.Best regards,

I’m currently unable to upload any videos to my Figma files. Whenever I try, I receive the messages: “Error uploading video, please try again” followed by “An invalid video was removed.”This issue started suddenly and affects all video uploads. I’ve tested different files and even tried using an incognito browser window, but the problem persists.Interestingly, I created a separate account and video uploads work there without any issues, which suggests the problem may be specific to my main account.Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how to fix it?Thank you.

Hi! I am unable to publish changes to my site. Wondering if anyone knows how to navigate this issue. I’ve reached out to support, but pretty slow to respond, although usually good.

The image on Friday Night page, April 24th card shows in fimga but not on published site. this is a new issue that i’m only beggining experiencing now. never experienced any issues with images up until now. Figma make advises to create a frame, import an image, and then import that asset into figma make by clicking a button “import from figma” that doesn’t exist anywhere. can you please help.

Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing regarding the charge made on May 1.I am a freelancer and only require a minimal subscription for personal use. I was previously using the Professional Collab plan, but my subscription was upgraded to the Professional Full plan without my awareness. As a result, I was charged a higher amount than expected. This upgrade was not intentional, and I would like to request a refund for the price difference caused by the upgrade.I have already canceled my subscription, and I have not used any of the paid features during this billing period.I would greatly appreciate your review and assistance with this request.Thank you for your understanding.

I’ve tried multiple times to verify my student account, but each attempt says I’ve exceeded the limit for the student plan. When I return to previous verification links, they show as expired and prompt me to start over. I have been trying for months to complete the student account verification process, but each attempt says that I have exceeded the limit for the student plan. When I return to previous verification links, they are expired and require me to start over. I have already sent emails explaining the issue and contacted SheerID multiple times, but I have not received any effective response or solution.

Been trying to contact sales, we currently have a Professiona Plan and are wainting to upgrade to Organization. I have used the Contact Form 4 or 5 times, I never get a confirmation that an contact attempt was suibmitted or received, I don’t have a ticket # or anything similar. Any advice on how to get a response would be greatly appreacited.

Hi. for the past week I've been having an issue with viewing prototype flows using the 'Present' button (please see the video link to help illustrate the issue I'm having).https://www.loom.com/share/ff7e9f4d19474864b3f08c44fe231811Basically when I click the 'Present' button, rather than opening the selected flow it instead opens two tabs in Figma. One tab is blank and the other one is the first cover page within the Figma file itself (not the flow). I also get the same issue when launching a preview of the flow (this part works ok) and then clicking 'open in presentation view'. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you fix it?Cheers!

Rounded cornerHello, I am not sure if this is intentional or not. Hidden/skip slides now have this oval fillet in the corners.

Copy+Paste is mostly broken.I can't copy text then paste it into the AI prompt field. I can see that it copies successfully, but I can't paste it back into the app, I first have to paste it into another app (ie: Notes) then copy it from there and paste it back into the app (only then does it work).Similar issue with copying properties (ie: styles, or a background image). If I use the context menu to copy the properties, then I can paste them over to another layer successfully. But when I Cmd+Shift+C, the properties don’t go to the clipboard, although when I copy them through the context menu then Cmd+Shift+V does paste them to the target layer.I can verify that restart and reinstall do nothing, and there are no interfering settings with the OS (macOS) or other apps. This is an issue I’ve been experiencing for months on my old Mac, and recently tried it on a different Mac and it’s exhibiting the exact same.

Currently, I am working on naming a ton of pages in a single file. I have noticed, if I hold down shift when hitting the spacebar, the text indicator does not move. It may register the spaces if i use the arrow keys, but the placement of where i am typing does not move. This is very frustrating as every other app on my Mac adds spaces like normal here.

Dear Figma Support Team,I hope you are doing well.I am the owner of the following project:https://www.figma.com/design/cOP3BMwM1m53zAUtkZhSi2/Bazar-Turkey?node-id=0-1&p=f&t=aZGyrOEQj5WI9GpM-0I am currently experiencing a serious issue with access management. I am unable to remove users or modify their permissions. The system indicates that admin privileges are required. However, this file was previously managed by another admin, and I no longer have any access to that admin account or its permissions. As a result, I am unable to control access to my own project.Additionally, I am trying to update the project’s security settings (such as access/password settings), but I do not have the required permissions to do so.I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.I kindly request your assistance with one of the following:Granting full admin access to my account Transferring ownership/admin rights to me Removing the dependency on the previous admin so I can ful

Whenever I click on ‘Show prototype settings’ on the desktop the left and right side panels disappears and nothing happens

I have a Side bar component set up like this:Base component with Size and Levels variants – here’s where I placed an icon instance Master component with States and Brand/Neutral variants. Enabled state: label and icon use color token Content-Secondary. Hovered/Focused state: use color token Content-PrimaryWhen users insert the component, they choose the Level and can swap the icon instance to an icon they need. The issue is that the color tokens are not being preserved properly according to the state when you change the states and then change the icon, like this:Change state from Enabled to Hovered. In Enabled, icon color is Content/Secondary. Swap the left icon (from Settings to any other icon). All good, the icon changes color to Content/Primary as expected. Change state back to Enabled. Icon color correctly changes to Content/Secondary. Swap the left icon. It incorrectly swaps the icon color to Content/Primary. Change state to Hovered. Icon color is correct (Content/Primary). Change

I have an icon component - it shows a single color selected in the properties panel and when I change it on a part of the icons changes to the selected color (even though it’s a single vector)

Hey, i had sumitted a plugin a week back: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1630314722104347835but still in review, and didn’t get any update. any idea by when it might get approved?

Figma Make components with touch event handlers don't work on mobile when used as linked instances in Figma Sites. When the instances are detached and become individual code layers, they work.

I have always logged in to Figma as [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] (connected via Google) but since Google made changes to domain "hotmail.com" (I assume hotmail not in use anymore), everytime I used that “hotmail”  account to login, figma automatically log my account as "gmail.com" instead of "hotmail.com" and I cannot see any of my documents or works, completely blank, basically new account.
