Hello,

 

I was charged $30.51 for my Figma subscription renewal, but I wasn’t aware that auto-renewal was enabled. I only noticed the charge today after receiving the billing notification.

 

I have not used any of the paid features since the renewal and would greatly appreciate a refund if possible.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend downgrading your plan to prevent any further charges while the refund request is being reviewed. This resource covers how to do that as well as the refund policy: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
