I have another question regarding a recent invoice for my team's subscription. yesterday I changed to professional and paid 2 Dev Mode seats. After few hours I added 1 dev mode seat and upgraded today 2 of those seats to Full Seats as those users required edit access. Following this change, I noticed that the Projected Subtotal is now $95, and there is a $40 charge under Billing Adjustments. I would like to know What exactly the $40 Billing Adjustment represents (whether it is a prorated credit for the downgraded Dev Mode seats or an additional charge). and i want to know if it is possible to get refund for 2 dev mode invoice and pay 2 full seats & 1 dev seat instead.

Hey there, Celine from the Figma Community Support team here, stepping in for Junko!

I took a look at your case and can see that our Support team has reviewed the billing breakdown for you. Regarding the adjustment you asked about, the $40 charge corresponds to the upgraded monthly Full seat and the added Dev seat (before taxes).

For more details, please check your inbox when you have a chance. Your case number is #1929037, and if you have any follow-up questions, feel free to reply directly to the support email, as the team handling your case will be best equipped to assist further.
I’ll go ahead and closed the topic here, thanks!

Hi @Chae,

I understand you have some questions about your billing.

The $40 Billing Adjustment on your upcoming invoice most likely represents the prorated cost of the seats added during your current billing term.

Once a seat is approved, it is automatically added to your next invoice, with the cost prorated from the day it was approved through the end of your subscription term.

Regarding the refund request, please note that payments for Figma subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

That said, as we're unable to handle individual billing inquiries here on the Forum to protect your privacy and security, I've gone ahead and created a support ticket(#1929037) on your behalf so our team can look into this further. Please keep an eye on your inbox for a response from our team, and feel free to ask any further questions by replying to your dedicated ticket.

Thank you for the explanation.

According to your response, the "Billing Adjustment" is for the seat changes I made (from 2 Dev seats to 1 Dev seat and 2 Full seats).

If that is the case, my previous invoice should show a decrease of 1 Dev seat (-$15) and an increase of 2 Full seats (+$40). Therefore, shouldn't the Billing Adjustment be charged at $25, rather than $40?

Could you please double-check the breakdown of this adjustment for me?

Thank you.
