Report a Problem

Since the CMS launch, none of the sites we’ve set up with CMS functionality can be updated or published. No changes are able to be pushed live. Is there a dedicated fix or solution for this issue?  

Hi,I’ve been locked out of my student account, despite attempting to re-verify several times. I have been using my school issued email address. The verification message says that I have already redeemed the offer or have been verified but I’m still locked out and cannot edit or access my files. Please help.

This didn't happen before. But, as if due to recent updates, the temperature is now constantly at 70 degrees Celsius, and the computer is extremely noisy due to the fan. The processor is at 11% load. In the browser version, the temperature is 60 degrees Celsius, but the processor is at 5%. Therefore, there's no noise.It's uncomfortable to work in the browser version, but it's even more uncomfortable when the fan is incredibly noisy. What could be the problem?

 Hello,I'm facing a problem. I removed all my text styles from my component library so I could only manipulate variables in sub-libraries or in files that utilize my core library.Surprisingly, even after numerous publishing, unpublishing, and republishing attempts, and accepting updates in child files, Figma recreates the styles in instances of my core components within my child files, even though they no longer exist in my library. (See attached screenshots)Can you help me? Has anyone else encountered this behavior and how did you resolve it? I've tried manually removing styles and using a destroyer, but so far nothing has worked.Thanks in advance. 1/ in my design system I have no styles to manage my typography styles (I destroyed them), i only use variables

I have been spending half a day trying to make up the mess of the latest Figma update which completely destroyed UI rendering.I have some nested components logics, because it is more efficient for maintenance, and now all of these nested components do not render properly. I tried using "Regenerate all instances" multiple times (which just, weirdly, makes it worse) and also reset and restart the app. Nothing to do. I stopped updating everything because all updates destroy the UI.Please do something. We are spending tons of money on this tool, these type of issues should not happen.

I’m using variables for different parts of my text styles in order to create a multi-brand design system. An issue I’ve found is that when I change variable mode the text size doesn’t update, even though other variables update when I swith between the two brand modes. For example the font family is changing as intended, but not the size. However, if I select a component with the text style already in use and reselect the same text style then it updates itself to the correct size. What is causing this and is someone else experiencing this?

I’ve been playing around with figma make and am quite impressed. However, when I copy the file into Figma Design there are quite often problems with the text.  Either it is overlayed or it is forced to a new line. Screenshots attached.   The text boxed are somehow smaller in the actual figma file than in figma make. Aslo to keep on working with the figma file all these containers and paragraphs are a bit ove

Just thought I’d share for posterity as this almost drove me insane! I’d set up basic light / dark color modes and variables, which worked almost everywhere except for a few frames. It turns out i’d copied some assets from another project, and the appearance tab had exposed the variable modes for them, rather than the ones in the current file. The solution was to go the longer way through [blue] to the variable mode.

When creating interactive prototypes in Figma, only vertical lists support mouse wheel scrolling. Horizontal lists cannot be scrolled with the mouse at all—you have to drag to view the content. What a terrible design! Your interactive prototype features are absolutely awful. Can you please optimize this properly in the next update?

Icons wrapped and with scale applied do not work properly anymore after latest update.Note on updates in general: everytime there is a new update I have noticed something breaking in Figma. For the price paid for the service it would be great if all the new implementations went through thorough testing everytime. It is quite annoying to have to find work arounds every new releases to avoid these bugs. 

I only need 1 full site , and  I set all member  free on my team .but the bill shows that I need to pay for 2 full-seat.  Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the color picker tool in Figma.When I try to select a color from my design using the Color Picker, it always detects the color as black (HSB 0° 0 0), even though the area I’m sampling clearly has different colors. No matter which part of the frame or image I select, the result is always black.I’ve already tried zooming in, restarting Figma, and switching files, but the issue still persists. It happens on every document.I’m not sure whether this is a bug in the color picker or something related to my settings.Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?Thank you!

Hello Figma Support,I was working as an editor on a team project, but the owner’s account was deactivated due to an unverified education plan.Now the entire project is locked, and I cannot move or edit the file.I kindly request restoring access to the file or transferring ownership to my account, as the original owner is unavailable.This project is important for my work and I need to continue designing.Thank you.

"When I try to run 'Import plugin from manifest' in the Plugins menu on my computer, the Finder does not open. Because of this, I am unable to integrate Figma with MCP."

I accidentally deleted my account without canceling my professional plan first, and now I am getting billed $260 every month. I re-activated the account, but I lost the professional plan access and could not cancel the plan from the re-activated account. I was not able to get a hold of Figma’s customer service to resolve this. Can somebody please help?  

Hi there, my team and i have been experiencing our components shift and move out of frame when we duplicate or when the file refreshes. This hasnt happened before but for the last few days we’ve been experiencing this. has anyone else?

 I have tried several times to log in and verify my student profile, but each time it tells me I still need to "verify status." If I try again to verify it, I get the message "Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer." What should I do? I’ve already contacted the figma support but they haven’t responded yet…I really need my figma education account for my uni finals :(((

I think it’s essential to enhance Figma Webpages because that’s the direction we should always be working toward. But Webpages feels like a downgraded version of Figma, with too many limitations—from plugins to AI integration methods. I don’t want a weakened Figma; I want a more powerful one. Webpages shouldn’t be a lesser option but the standard condition. What’s needed are mockups as close to reality as possible to showcase the functionalities. Why do we have to keep coming up with operational workarounds?

HiI have tried to verify my student account, and did it before the deadline - I even got an email that confirmed my re-verification but my student plan still expired. When I try to verify it again it says that I have exceeded the limit of times I can verify.Is there a way to get the student-plan back? I have tried several times and different ways but nothing works.
