Error when inserting an image

In previous versions, when I opened an image through the "Fill" block, I could just paste the image from the clipboard. Now, when you try to insert an image, nothing happens. Now, to insert images, you must click "Upload from Computer", close the system dialog box with the image selection, and only then press CMD+V.
