I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue where I’ve been billed for months for services connected to an account through my company email that I no longer have access to as I haven’t worked there for a year and lost access to that figma account and email. Multiple requests I have made through Fig AI agent don’t seem to even exist? (1963581). I created one support ticket (#1952467) through emailing the sales team but that ticket was marked as resolved even though I never received any information about the situation or any kind of confirmation email.
