As a first step, could you please try opening the same file in a web browser (for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) and let us know if it loads there? This can help determine whether the issue is specific to the desktop app.
If the issue only happens in the desktop app, I’d also recommend clearing the desktop app cache, then restarting the app and trying again. You can follow the steps in our Help Center article to clear the Figma desktop app cache here.
