I open a ticket for cancel and refund 5 monthly full seat but i didn`t recieve any email and the tickt dosn`t apper in tickets page i need help

I’m Denise from the Community team at Figma. My team here on the forum isn’t able to help with Billing issues, but it looks like the team has already helped you out on ticket #1951942. 

For the future, please note that if you add more seats beyond your annual allotment during the term, those extra seats are billed monthly. As long as your total number of seats stays within your annual plan, you won’t be charged extra, though you will still see a $0 invoice generate to reflect that there are no extra seats.
 
To review or change paid seats:

  1. In the file browser, click Admin in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the People tab.
  3. Click a person’s seat type.
  4. Choose and confirm a new seat type in the popup.


To prevent unexpected charges, please watch out for any requests to edit and make any seat changes carefully. Full seats, Dev, and Collab are all billable seat types. Please see figma.com/pricing for more details on specific pricing.The seat approval settings are used to manage incoming seat requests.
