Figma support request marked as solved, no answer

I have opened 2 tickets regarding a suspicious charge on my bank card (as I don’t use your premium services), and both of them have been marked “solved”. However, I have not received any follow up.

 

There are already many posts on this forum and reddit talking about how figma charges people without warning for services they don’t use. Is it a normal practice in your company? Is a chargeback the only solution?

I understand the confusion here, so I’d be happy to help clarify. When a user writes in multiple times for the same issue, our support team will merge cases together to keep things organized. This action can cause newer tickets to be marked as solved, but please be assured that your oldest ticket will still remain open and active for the support team to reply.
