Hi everyone, We’ve been trying to publish an update to our plugin Lokaliser but have been blocked by the following message:“We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.”We reached out to Figma Support nearly 3 days ago, followed up twice, but unfortunately haven’t received any response.This update is critical for our users, and we’re currently stuck with no way to push the fix live. Has anyone experienced this issue before?Any advice or visibility into how long plugin support usually takes to respond?Would really appreciate any help or if someone from the Figma team

The Figma API endpoint `https://api.figma.com/v1/selections` doesn’t seem to be responding - always resulting in a `504 gateway timeout` after a long delay. With that endpoint down, Principle import is unable to function.I’ve contacted Figma’s engineering team on slack, but wanted to post here so I had somewhere to direct people to follow along for updates.

HelloI would like to request assistance with activating my educational plan for my correct email address, f****r@gmail.com.During the account verification process, I mistakenly selected the wrong email address. I primarily use the Figma desktop app, and when I clicked to verify my account, a browser opened and automatically selected a different email, d*****n@gmail.com, which was active in the browser at the time. I didn't realize the discrepancy and thought I was using my usual email address. As a result, I mistakenly submitted the verification with the incorrect email.Could you please assist in replacing or updating the email address associated with my educational plan to f******r@gmail.com? Another day, another bug in Figma! 20 billion well spent adobe…Now my component’s which are in linked library’s are not updating correctly. I literally have to go into each component, make a edit by selecting another component state, and then Figma will pop up saying theres an update for this component - i select update ALL as i usually do, but its only updating the selected instance of the component. all other versions of the same component in the same page are not being update until I select them and do the same thing! what is this? what am i paying for? Frustration? a 2gb limit which make creating even a simple flow almost impossible? the limits of this thing are becoming as increasingly problematic as the bugs. Please fix it, also stop double charging for edits, when they are different teams, one person can only make one set of edits at one given time! criminal

We’re not seeing the Export to Make button in Figma to export our library for use and testing with Figma Make. Can you help with this please?  

If this is not a secret, then I would like to ask about 2 situations: 1) is there a plan in the future for a free plan to increase number of requests per day (if I'm not mistaken, there are only 5 requests per day available for a free plan right now)?2) is there a plan in the future for a free plan to copy design from Figma Make to Figma Design?

For some reason the right sidebar has started to be completely blank, but only on one project. I use the browser site and have tried clearing my cache, but it didn’t help. When I first load in the project, the sidebar briefly appears and then disappears. Any idea how to fix this??

Hi, I’m having an issue with a Figma plugin. When I try to run it, nothing happens — the plugin doesn’t start or show any results. I’ve tried restarting Figma and checking my internet connection, but it still doesn’t work.

Hello, As a full seat member in my organisation, we were using Figma make when suddenly yesterday a message appears stating that “Figma will not enforce AI credit this year but we used our credit limit for the future”. I am confused by the “future”, what does it mean ? will our credit reset on next billing cycle ? how could we continue to use it as we were having great results and now are stuck. We found a bit frustrating that no warning was made prior the limit was reached. Also, we made around 40 prompts on the app, then stopped working on it for a week and then after coming back yesterday, the limit was reached after 1 extra prompt.Can someone help me or is having the same issue ?Thanks and enjoy your day, 

Hi :) I am using figma with prime NG library. after adding multiple var modes I am accepting an I mark for lots ofthem’ also, some components are re changing themselves. (btns, and autocompletes and dialogs)can you please assist?  

I have a few elements in a group. That group is contained in frame. If I select Vertical layout, the elements now placed in horizontal line, and if I select Horizontal layout, the placement would be vertical. If I do the same while the group is not in that frame, the result would be as expected.      

Recently, when I change everything in my frame from the width setting “hug” to “fill” and then do something else in the same frame, the settings I just changed jump back to “hug”. Doing something else can even just mean selecting a different component on the same frame. On the second time around it usually sticks.I have noticed this happens especially, if I’m using components and just change the instance’s width. Weird little bug. Anyone else experience this?

Whenever I accidentally presses these combination it quit my whole figma app, yes I know that figma auto save things but it should be prevented by just adding confirmation popup like Are you sure you wanted to close all figma files etc.  I have faced this many time please either remove this combination or add some kind of second confirmation.Thanks

Icon stroke width behaves as expected inside the button (it scales with the canvas). However, as soon as it’s turned into a component and the icon is swapped, the stroke resets to a default value of 2px. The frame size behaves as expected. Icon is resized using scale tool. Problem appears both ways: – creating button from scratch (works), make is a component (does not work). – creating button component with same anatomy from scratch (does not work). Detach the same component (works). Creating different sizes with variants for each icon is not an option due to the extensive icon library. Is this a bug, or what could be causing this issue?

Hello, I am facing a bug where my FigJam board slowly scrolls to the right whenever my cursor is anywhere on the screen. The only way I can get it to not scroll is by holding a key on my keyboard. I have refreshed, restarted my session, turned my mouse off and on, but it is continuing to scroll. This is not happening on other web pages with left/right scroll, so I do not think it is related to hardware.

I made a project in Figma. It seems to work fine, but I want to download all the files so I can compile it into a windows exe file. However there doesn’t seem to be a way to download everything in the project. I even asked the AI to help me out and it seems to be quite irritated saying I have all the files I just now need to download them. I do want to download them, I just don’t know how. I can’t find any control that says download files. Can someone help me with this please?

Hi,We have an issue with DNS record verification in Figma sites.All DNS records (including CNAME and any required verification records) have been correctly configured according to Figma’s requirements and have ​​successfully propagated​​. First of all — huge fan of Figma Make. It’s an amazing product, our whole studio’s been obsessed with it since day one. But right now we’ve hit a major roadblock that completely stopped our workflow 😬The issue is with the “Import from Figma” feature in Figma Make simply doesn’t work.When you click the button — absolutely nothing happens (no error, message no loading, no import)— tested it on several different accounts — restarted and reinstalled the app — tried using it via browser and in new files it’s literally blocking our entire studio’s workflow. I have an input box component used in a prototype that is supposed to expand vertically as the text grows. However, there’s a noticeable flicker around the border whenever the component grows in height.I tried rebuilding the input box from scratch, but the issue still occurs. It looks like the flicker happens when I add the border around it, but no idea why or how to fix it. PS: all the properties are the same in all components
