Hey Team, Since a few days I have been experiencing this problem where the code generation cuts off mid-way and then I receive this error “Try Again with fewer inputs". Funny thing is that Figma Make shows Version Success on the chat but in the preview section it shows “Build Error” and also “Error Messages” in the console.  When I try to autofix these, the same issue occurs where the code generation process cut-off abruptly. This is happening randomly and at times, this whole cycle keep continuing. I have not been able to code or make any updates because of this. Its like stuck in a constant glitch. Kindly help me out

I am a user in Chinese Mainland, and my computer system is Windows11. Now I have a bad problem. When exporting frame and export layer in figma, fonts and graphics in the exported image have stroke lines, as shown in the figure. This problem has been bothering me for a long time, and I am eager to know how to solve it.

I watched tutorial for figma and I finished it. Do you have any recommendations on how to be one? I'd be really glad if you could provide me resources. In any other vector software, Snap to Geometry (or snap to point, depending on the software) means anything will snap to object points or edges. In Figma, Snap to Geometry doesn't allow me to snap a guide to just any vertex (point), only some points that are around the object's bounding box. It's even worse: some points only snap with horizontal guides and others only vertical ones, depending on the point's location. Try to snap horizontal and vertical guides to all points of a T shape, you will see the problem.It also doesn't snap other objects to these points… Actually it doesn't snap anything! Once I deactivated Snap to Objects the guides don't stick to anything anymore.That function is broken and it needs to be fixed.

Hi Figma team,I’m writing because I’ve just noticed a charge of $43.20 on my account, despite having cancelled all paid subscriptions well before the renewal date.To make matters worse, I received absolutely no email or notification warning me that a payment was about to be processed. This lack of transparency is extremely disappointing, especially coming from a company like Figma.On top of that, trying to check or manage my subscription and billing information is unnecessarily complicated. It genuinely feels like the system is designed to make it difficult for users to know where they stand, what’s active, what’s not, and what they’re being charged for.Frankly, it starts to resemble the kind of tactics used by less reputable services, even scammers: no clear way out, no notice, and a surprise charge you can’t easily stop.I’d like this payment to be reviewed and refunded immediately, and I’d also appreciate a proper explanation of how this was allowed to happen.

Is there a way to export an AI generated page into a regular figma design file and then edit from that?

I have a frame that I named “Store Map (Desktop - User Journey)”. Below is a link to my work. I’m having trouble dragging the bottom, blue progress indicator to make it scroll horizontally. Any ideas why that is? Please see the screenshot at the very bottom below.   

When I use Figma Sites, fonts in the build view looks fine.But when I use Preview, some fonts default to arial. I’m using the latest version of Figma Desktop for Mac. Authoring View - Montserrat Semi BoldPreview - Changes to Arial Bold The fonts are loaded on my system.

Hi all, Question 1:I’m recently working on a project using Figma Make AI which helps me a lot. I was wondering if I can somehow transfer the project that generated by Figma Make to Figma Design, so I can keep polishing the project even after I used all AI Credits for Figma Make. Question 2: I was watching Youtube tutorial on creating app on Figma Design using First Draft but unfortunately I do not have that option from my end. How can I apply for that function? Thanks! 

Hi.My minimal usecase:Layer 1 with a path with endpoint 1 and endpoint 2.Layer 2 with a path with endpoint 1 and endpoint 2.How can I snap enpoint 1 of layer 1 to endpoint 1 of layer 2 please?Thanks. 

I’m logging with same e-mail address. I have different pp on https://help.figma.com/ and have different one on https://forum.figma.com/ . When I try to change on help.figma.com it says “The name, profile photo, phone, and email are set automatically. You can't change them here.” I’m not logging with google etc

Hi there. To create my prototype, I am cutting and pasting a lot of images into my Frames. Currently on one of my Parent Frames, I created a child Frame to import an image. I was finally able to get all the content in however, there is a big gap to the left - please see attached. I would like all content to be preserved and just expand the width. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do? I will be doing a lot of cutting and pasting into frames. So If someone has a clean step by step process of how I can easily insert an image, keep all contents and expand it to the parents length that would be amazing. I am all ears. I spent a full day trying to solve this problem, which is probably a simple fix :) Many Thanks, Susanne 

What is the most frustrating or repetitive task you encounter in Figma that you wish could be automated with a plugin, but you haven't found a good solution for yet?

i designed a web page without auto layout because i need to apply parallax effects. when i hand off the project to developer. everything works well except the responsiveness. sometimes it shows every objects in a right place in some screens, but in some different screens the objects and layout deformed and do not behave well. i also apply right constraints to each objects and frames but it doesn’t work. anyone can help me with that? here's a stage link: https://stage.creatorsclass.co/fa/about

Issue:Components created with responsive variables in a shared library do not adapt when used in a separate design file.Steps to reproduce: Create components in the library using responsive variables. Insert those components into a separate design file. Switch the containing frame between mobile and desktop sizes. Hello! We have been having memory trouble with our Library file and have been working on making it more usable.In the process of doing this I did a test where I duplicated my library, and then proceeded to erase everything from it, every page, every style, every variable, every linked library.At the end the only thing left was 1 empty new page that I had created. After a refresh, the file was still showing 26% of memory usage and over 75k layers. I’m really unsure of what to make of that, over a half of the memory usage of my file is coming from… Nothing? Is this a known bug?

 I’m seeing “An error occurred while copying this file” when I attempt to duplicate a version from the history of a merged branch - see attached. Is this not doable? 

Hello, I encounter a problem with a certain file.Some random square/rectangles/shadows appear on it but only for me (the other user on the file don’t see it), even when I’m connected on the owner acc.Also, the shadows change places when i zoom/dezoom I can’t find a solution or understand where its from  

I have a similar problem, a specific page doesn't open (all the others are working), Figma shows the same error. I just tried to apply textures to the text, and then everything stopped working.

I’m trying to build a prototype where a number will change based on some randomization. The idea is I have my Total number variable, and my Modifier number variable which are added together to update the Total. I’d love for the Modifier number variable to pull randomly from a list. It seems the best way to do this is to use a randomizer plugin that updates a text field from a list, but then I can’t figure out how to get the Modifier variable in my variable settings to use that number. Also open to totally different ways to solve / try this if it gets to the same result of having a base value that can be randomized within certain parameters. Thanks so much!

My device is Mac mini m2. 8 GB, 256 GB. When I use Figma, &zoom in, zoom out, or do something, my screen goes back. RAM is 2 GB, and storage is 80 GB empty. What is the problem?

I am using the figma mcp’s get_image config for the image is as follows  when i click on a node and select copy as png the image is clear crisp but when i use mcp to export the image its blurry and not so great

Hi all, I am creating a symbol language with vector graphics of various irregular shapes, set into diamond-shaped frames.   Question 1: What is the best way to regularize the sizing of these graphics? As you can see, I can’t really set a regular height or width, as the shapes take all different forms, and some are wider while others are taller. What you see above is eyeballed, but as I’m aiming to get these printed (like a deck) I really want to do best practices here and figure out a more accurate method. Question 2: Once that question is answered, the question of spacing comes up.
