Dear Figma Support Team,I hope you are doing well. Our company has recently completed a payment for our Figma subscription using a credit card. The invoice and receipt have already been issued. However, we noticed that our company VAT / Tax ID was not included on the invoice. We have now updated our account settings and added the VAT information.Would it be possible for your team to help update or reissue the invoice and receipt with the VAT / Tax ID included? This is required for our company’s accounting and reimbursement process. Please let me know if any additional information is needed.Thank you very much for your assistance.
Hello Figma Support Team,I would like to request a manual review of the charge on my account and ask for reconsideration of my refund request.I was surprised to discover a charge of $77.36 USD on May 29, 2026 (Invoice #ZEAZRTLZ-0002). I am a solo user and did not intentionally purchase or use multiple paid seats.I was aware of the $5 collaboration fee, but I did not understand that granting editing access to a collaborator could automatically create additional Professional Full Seats and result in significant additional charges. My intention was simply to collaborate on files, and I was unaware that this action would trigger paid seats on my account. After reviewing my invoice, I realized that additional Professional Full Seats had been added and billed. This was not an intentional upgrade, but rather a misunderstanding of how Figma's seat and permission system works.I have already submitted support requests regarding this issue. However, some of my tickets were marked as "Solved" witho

Hi everyone 👋I’ve been exploring how parents choose personal care products for kids, and it raised an interesting UX/design question: how can we design better digital experiences that help users quickly identify safe, skin-friendly products?Products like kids’ body sprays often look appealing on the surface, but the real challenge for users is understanding what’s inside them. Ingredients like alcohol, synthetic fragrance, and certain preservatives can be unclear or hard to evaluate especially in fast-paced ecommerce environments. From a UX perspective, a few design opportunities stand out:Ingredient clarity hierarchy: Important safety-related ingredients (like alcohol or fragrance allergens) should be highlighted more clearly instead of being buried in long lists Simple “safe for kids” indicators: Trust badges or structured labels could help parents quickly filter suitable products Better product filtering systems: Options like “fragrance-free,” “eczema-friendly,” or “sensitive skin s
Hi all,Rather than to wade into the already-existing frustration over the AI credits, I’d like to find the cheapest solution to needing more than my Professional Figma Make 3000/mo AI credit allotment. Why wouldn’t a solo dev like myself just add another seat for double AI credits (6000, or 3000 each) rather than paying for (monthly) extremely exorbitant Addon credits? Is there a policy or prohibition in place? Best guys and gals!MGuru
I added Figma MCP to my project and also added implement design skill but Crusor keeps producing very irrelevant designs. What I need is recreating the Figma design in SwiftUI with Pixel accuracy. I am ok if it will use PNGs instead of vector shapes. However it keeps looking at screenshots and creating something visually similar yet far from original design. Is there a way to translate Figma design to SwiftUI literally?
We’re experiencing a strange issue with components and hover interactions. when we copy a component from one frame to another and then change one of it’s properties it duplicates the hover interaction, resulting in two hovers which flicker between the two. Steps to produce (for us at least)Copy an instance of a component (say a button) from one frame to another Change a variant. e.g. style or size Two hover interactions are then applied, one for the original variant and one for the newWhat we’ve tested:Occurs with components locally and in design systems Occurs with a custom design system and a pre-built one (shadcn design) Occurs without any other interactions Doesn’t happen if you copy the entire frame containing the component Doesn’t happen if you use a fresh instance of the componentIt’s time consuming to work in a way that avoids copying components and/or go through multiple frames to fix the problem.Anyone else experienced this?
Hello -I am paying for a professional account, last charged May 10th. I cannot access the projects or benefits from that account as when I log in it seems to log me into a new account that is on the free tier. When I open my old projects it says a different account owns it even though it seems to be me. I have attached a screenshot for reference (Green A mimi yu is the professional account I can’t get into). I need help either merging these accounts or closing the ghost account and stopping payments there.Additionally, I have not been receiving emails from figma about the open tickets I have. So, I have turned to posting here.
"Hi Figma Support, I am the IT admin for our company. This is a company-owned email address that was temporarily deactivated during an employee offboarding, which likely caused it to be placed on your email bounce/suppression list. The email is now active again and I have full access to the inbox, but I am not receiving the automated password reset emails. Can you please remove this address from your bounce list and trigger a password reset link for me so I can log in and transfer ownership of our company files?"
We have tried to complete the payment using 3 different cards, but all of them were declined by the system. We have urgent tasks with a strict deadline that must be completed today, and this situation has put us in a very difficult position. We kindly request immediate assistance regarding this issue! I know that this issue can be provided by my failed attempts (because of same topics in this form). But our work is paralised and there is no other way to fix it without Support. We can not wait for 24 hours cooldown.
Zooming is disabled while using the color picker. The canvas gets stuck and won't let me zoom in or out until I click and drop a color.

Hi everyone,I'm redesigning a corporate events website and looking for UX feedback. The current page feels text-heavy, and the main value proposition isn't immediately clear. I'm exploring ways to improve the content hierarchy, make the CTA more prominent, and create a smoother user journey. My planned structure is:Hero section with clear CTA Benefits overview Activity/service cards Testimonials FAQ Contact formFor those who design service-based websites, what would you prioritize first: improving the information architecture, simplifying the content, or strengthening the visual hierarchy?I'd appreciate any suggestions or examples that have worked well in your projects.
Hello Support Team,I am facing an issue accessing a very important Figma design file that is critical for our organization. We can’t find it at all as of 1 hour back. I’ve tried to check in trash, and in all the other places the guides recommend without any success. As for when we try to access the file through the link, all we get is the following text:“Unable to open fileIt looks like there’s an issue with this Design file’s sharing settings. We’ve emailed the owner to let them know.“ I should be the owner though. I would like to understand: Who is the current owner of this Figma file Whether the file has been deleted, moved, or had its permissions changed Why access is no longer available to my account ([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]) How to fix this I can share the link to the design file: My support ticket is 1726809.
Hi everyone,I'm a teacher (graphic design) and I've been trying to activate the Figma Education Plan for several weeks, without success. Here's my situation:- My SheerID verification was approved, but when I try to access figma.com/education/apply, I get a "Verification Limit Exceeded" error- My account still shows standard paid plans (Starter, Professional, Organization) instead of the Education plan- I have already contacted both SheerID support and Figma support, but the issue remains unresolvedHas anyone experienced the same issue and found a way to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
Hey Figma team,I wanted to report a problem that’s been bugging our team for the past few months. We have an Icon Library in our design system, as well as a separate glyph library. These icons are used in different sizes across the product (16px, 24px, etc.). The master components of each icon and glyph contain elements which are all set to ‘scale’.However, within our larger components, whenever we want to swap an instance of an icon with a different one from our library, the scaling (of dimensions, stroke width, and border radius) is not properly applied, resulting in a broken view. One example is:We have a nested icon component scaled to 16x16px; We replace the instance with another icon from either library (original component of which is 24x24 but all elements set to scale) and expect it to scale properly to the 16x16 dimensions. However, the swapped icon appears broken in terms of the scale of elements inside, stroke width and border radius; We have to resort to a workaround like:

Hi,for some time we were renaming nested instances in Outline to make them more clear in component properties panel - great example are icons. We have Icon component with multiple size options, when used in another components, we’ve often renamed instance of it to e.g. “Left Icon” to make it more clear.Last week it stopped working in DEV mode (explore component behavior) - in this case icon is not showing at all and dropdown with icon sizes is not showing any other options which is currently game breaking bug for us.
Hello!I recently left my job, and it’s only after that I realized that all my personal files are actually stored within the same account associated with my corporate email address. 🫣 (who would have thought, I always had the impression that it’s under my personal email address since those are under starter plans...)Not sure if you guys can help to transfer the files into my personal account? Thanks! It would have been a great help 🥺
Hi everyone,We are currently building our own design system using these PrimeVue components as a base, so I’d like to understand how this setup affects future updates.I have a question about how updates work with PrimeVue components.I copied some components from the PrimeVue library into my own design system and adjusted them to fit our styles. At the same time, I’m still using variables from the original PrimeVue library.I’d like to understand will I still receive updates from the original PrimeVue components in this case, or does copying them into my own file fully break the connection, even if I keep using their variables? Thanks a lot for your help!
I sent an email 4 days ago, please check it. Is writing here the only way to get a reply?
Cybersecurity is becoming a major concern for small businesses in New Zealand, especially as attacks grow more frequent and more sophisticated. Many SMEs assume they are “too small to target,” but recent data shows otherwise a large number of Kiwi businesses are affected by cyber incidents each year, often leading to serious financial and operational damage. This discussion explores the most common cyber security risks faced by small NZ businesses, including phishing scams, ransomware attacks, unauthorized access, malware infections, and supply chain vulnerabilities. It also highlights why small businesses are increasingly targeted and what practical steps can help reduce exposure. Some key takeaways:Phishing remains one of the most common entry points for attackers Weak passwords and lack of MFA make unauthorized access easier Ransomware can disrupt operations and lead to major financial loss Third-party tools and vendors can introduce hidden risks Many small businesses lack dedicated s
I'm currently planning a redesign of an existing website and would like to hear how other designers approach this process. For those who have redesigned live, SEO-driven websites: Do you use website-to-Figma import tools, or do you rebuild everything manually? How accurate are these tools when it comes to preserving content hierarchy and page structure? What are the biggest issues you've encountered after importing a website into Figma? Is it faster to import and clean up the design, or start from screenshots and rebuild with Auto Layout and components? How do you balance preserving existing content structure while improving UX and visual hierarchy? I've been reviewing content-heavy websites such as where maintaining the information architecture is important, and I'm curious whether others have found importing to be a worthwhile starting point or a time-consuming distraction.I'd love to hear about your workflow, lessons learned, and any tools you'd recommend.
Issue: Image fills have completely disappeared from vector containers, and version history is not restoring them.Details: The layers still exist in the layers panel (e.g., "image 242"), and their bounding boxes are visible on the canvas. However, the Fill section in the design panel is completely empty as if the data was stripped. Local troubleshooting (reloading, clearing cache) and checking older version history states did not resolve the issue. This file is the only thing I had, I didn’t have the original image file bc I trust Figma! Please help!!!!!!!
Hello, I need help to reach out to Figma’s customer service. For now, the figma chatbot is not working for me any more. I need to reach out to a real person, how should it be done?
