Figma file disappeared, not in trash, checked all teams

I have lost an important file on Figma and I can’t find the file in any of my projects section or in the trash section. I suddenly lost access to it and the link stopped working. I checked all teams and its not in the trash for all of them and I believe that I created the link myself (no collaborators). Pasting the link it says the following in the screenshot below. This should also be the link:

(screenshot redacted by the moderator due to PII)

Hi @RustamAtahodja, Celyn from the Figma Community Support team here. Thanks for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve lost access to an important file. Thanks for sharing the link and screenshot, and for checking your projects and each team’s Trash. Just a heads up that I’ve redacted your screenshot to help protect your privacy.

I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you so our team can look into this. Your ticket number is #2156532.

In the meantime, could you try a few more checks?

    • Confirm you’re signed in to the Figma account where you created the file. If you use more than one account, you can switch accounts from the file browser.
    • Check your Drafts.
    • Search the file browser for the file name or part of it.

The team will follow up with you via your ticket about the next steps. Please keep an eye on your inbox, and thank you for your patience while we look into this 🙏

    Hi Celyn,

I was just hoping to check in on the ticket status. I also wanted to note that two other links I’d like to recover had the same thing happen, as likely they could be part of the same problem:

I made sure to conduct the other checks as well. Really appreciate the help!
