So I am trying to fix a scroll issue on one of my figma sites pages and I think I have run into a bug. I have all the blocks set to the same position (Relative) yet one of them just wont play well with the others. Should I just delete the whole page a re-make it since it’s beta?  I cant seem to get it to re-side for mobile correctly and keep the correct scroll.  Open to any suggestions. 

When attempting to add the configuration with Amazon Q, the startup process fails due to a non-200 status code. This might be related to Figma’s login requirement, though I’m not certain. I’ve followed the setup instructions outlined in the Figma MCP Server documentation: https://developers.figma.com/docs/figma-mcp-server/remote-server-installation/. However, the documentation does not reference Amazon Q specifically, which suggests that this client may not have been tested yet. Hi all, We’ve built a Figma plugin that converts frames into MJML/HTML using a WebAssembly module. On some machines the plugin works fine, but on others (mostly Macs with Apple Silicon) it crashes part-way through with this error:  What happens: Some components (usually text) render successfully. As soon as the plugin hits a problematic component, it throws the error and everything after that fails to generate. Hello everyone,I’m a master’s student at Northeastern University and I’m trying to access the Education plan, but I’m running into an issue. The system shows: ”Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”I asked Figma AI and it suggested that I contact SheerID. However, when I reached out to SheerID, they replied: ” We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”At this point, I’m not sure what I should do next. Has anyone experienced something similar, or knows how I can resolve this?Thank you so much.

I have a prototype where I want to give users the ability to select and unselect add-ons, at their discretion. I have a button instance with True and False values, a base price for the product diamond_base, and want to update that value by 400, depending on if the button is selected. I have tried all manner of things and the closest I’ve gotten is: Button is True and the value is added, the Button is False and no value is removed, Button is True again and the value is added again, but the price never decreases. All this takes place on the Click interaction. What might I be doing incorrectly?Attached is my branching conditional statements, but this instance changes the button to the selected state and adds the value, without resetting the button or removing the value. Any suggestions are appreciated for a workaround. 

Hey, I  just want to be able to have more than 3 design files, what is the cheapest plan I should get for this?

Starting last week some (but not all) of my interactive components have been displaying unusual activities:I have a button component with a hover variant. On hover the button changes to the hover variant, on mouse out it resets the text override and even surfaces hidden component elements (like an icon instance). All layers are named the same. I have been using this same component set and interactions for 2 years, this bug only started last week.Here is a screen recording. Keep an eye on the “Save Changes” and “Delete” buttons.  This bug is random. It only affects some buttons on some screens and I am unable to reproduce it consistently. I need help for download Figma in my Macbook version 11.7  

Hey, I just published a Bootstrap Design System into a team library.  When I create a file, and import that library, I get the assets but not the variables.The variables were published, I confirmed that.  When I go to include the library in my file, it shows me all the variables included with that library.  But after including the library, and importing it, only the assets come in.  No variables.  Am I doing something wrong? Thanks guys!-Mike

Hi,I’ve been trying to verify my student status for the Figma Education Plan through SheerID, but I keep running into issues. It first said “We’re unable to verify you using the information submitted,” and now it shows “Verification limit exceeded.”My college doesn’t provide official student email IDs — we use Gmail accounts for everything. The problem is, all my classmates got verified using the same kind of Gmail accounts, but I still haven’t received access. Now my Figma files are locked, and I can’t continue my classes or portfolio work.I’d really appreciate it if someone from the Figma team could help me reset my verification or restore access to the Student Plan.Thank you so much for your help.

I can’t get in to my account , the account still exists, but password reset emails are not being received.I need assistance recovering access :( Please HELP)  The account is used for my work and under my work email!

There seems to be a problem with the rendering of the PlantUML diagrams on the figma board, but in the editor it works properly.I create a new diagram (which renders), go to edit (which shows properly), change the code (which is correctly visualized), but when I go to save, the diagram is not rendered correctly. When I go to edit again, it shows the unsaved code.

Hello,I’m reporting a billing issue related to file and team permissions.I shared a Figma project strictly in an educational context. Without my authorization or confirmation, users who accessed the file were upgraded to Professional seats, and my account was charged automatically.I did not approve a plan upgrade, paid seats, or any billing change.This appears to be a permissions and billing control issue, where third-party access triggered a paid upgrade without explicit owner consent.I have already opened a support ticket (#1694611), but I wanted to ask if this behavior is expected or if there is a recommended way to prevent unauthorized billing when sharing files for educational purposes.Thank you. 

There was a moment of utter shock when I saw all the frames disappeared. I opened version history  to access older frames and luckly was able to retrieve them. This has happened multiple times as of now.

Hi, I am writting here because I subcribed to Figma pro a month ago in order to try the figma make AI a little bit and I can’t find this subscription anymore whereas I can see that I have been charged another month. Hello,I don’t have the option Open Session i my Figma to invite guest to edit.I’m currently attending a course in UX/UI desgin ang my classmate has the option in their Figma but I don’t have it in mine and we are using it in the same way as far as I’m aware.I have a card sorting extercise I need to invite outsiders to perform whom don’t have or use Figma and even if all the settings is set to “anyone can edit” noone can, I’ve tried all possible solutions.Mind you, I am a beginner in Figma so I have asked CGPT, Figma bot and my classmates for help but to no avail. Our teacher is currently under the weather and can’t assist. Thank you for you help! 

My account was downgraded to the starter plan, however I have still received invoices. Please tell me the date I downgraded my account, and if I am receiving the charges in error - as I cannot access any billing information.

Expectations:As a designer in Figma i want my components to always remember my edited properties in all instances in my prototypes.Problem:When I sometimes have a instance component in another component it doesn’t behave as expected. It seems like my edited properties gets forgotten, like some memory loss.Example:I have a “Button” where I can change properties for icon, label, body, description, badge. I change it to only display a ‘truck’ icon and the label ‘Shipping’. When I place it on my canvas it works good as expected, with a background being shown on hover and the icon and label remains the same. When I use the buttons in another component called “Card” it still works good. But when I use that same Card component in a third component called “Button dropdown” the problem is that on mouse leave the ship

Hi there, I am a website tester and many of the tests I work on are Figma prototypes.  These often crash while I am working on them (usually when scrolling/moving the page) when using Chrome/Firefox and then won’t reload. It happens more frequently using Chrome. The screen freezes temporarily and then goes blank with a crash icon in the top left - when I press refresh the prototype does not reload. This has happened when using many different prototypes over a period of months that have all been sent to me from different sources.I thought I had found a solution for this (changing Choose ANGLE graphics backend to D3D11) which seemed to work for a while, but the issue has started again.  This only happens when trying to use the prototype on my laptop screen - if I connect to an external monitor it doesn’t happen.  All of my browsers/drivers are up to date.  I have tried clearing cache. I am using an ASUS Zenbook 14, Windows 11, Intel Arc Graphics.If anybody can help with
