Ciao a tutti, scrivo per chiedere consiglio su un problema con la fatturazione del mio account.Recentemente ho effettuato il downgrade dal piano a pagamento a quello Free, eppure mi è stata appena addebitata la quota di rinnovo sulla carta. La cosa peggiore è che, nonostante l'addebito sia avvenuto, il mio account risulta ancora nel piano Starter (Free), impedendomi di fatto di utilizzare le funzionalità Pro per cui ho pagato.Qualcuno ha avuto un’esperienza simile? Sapete se c'è un modo rapido per risolvere? L’unico modo che ho è di non tenere i soldi sulla carta sulla quale addebitano, ma mi sembra assurdo visto che avevo richiesto il downgrade del piano.Grazie in anticipo per l'aiuto!

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with a mobile navbar component.The component has two variants: Default (hamburger icon) and Open (with menu links).On my mobile frame, I set the variant to "Open" so I can select the links and add "Scroll to" interactions to specific anchors on the page. If I leave the component in the "Open" state and preview, the links work perfectly, but the menu is obviously open as soon as the page loads. If I change the component back to "Default" so the user has to click to open it, the "Scroll to" links I set up no longer work once the menu opens in the prototype.It seems like the variant switch is "wiping" my instance overrides for the links. Is there a way to keep these specific scroll interactions while still using the variant toggle?

I have roughly 300 sticky notes from user research survey. I’d like to topic sort using AI. I keep getting an error -- Is there a limit to how many sticky notes the Topic Ai tool can sort?

I created a branch that introduces a lot of changes to the main file. I updated all my components to the newest library, deleted some pages, and made changes to individual frames across the whole file.When I try to update changes from the main file, or even try to merge the branch, I get an error saying:“File out of memoryClosing other tabs and reloading Figma may reduce browser memory and allow you to continue reviewing and merging this branch.”I tried closing all other tabs, merging in both the desktop app, and using Figma in three different browsers. Nothing seems to work. My branch’s memory usage shows 9%, so it doesn’t look overloaded.Please help, there are three days’ worth of work stuck in this branch 🥲

Hi, I’m having trouble activating the Figma Education plan. I have tried many time to verify my account and contacted SheerID and don’t have any success. I get the following errors: From Figma:  Attempting to verify shows “Verification Limit Exceeded.” I also emailed the Figma education team education@figma.com, but still have not received a response From SheerID:  “We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”

How do I save my credits in the professional subscription?

Hi, the figma cursor used to be small and neat. In the past few days it has suddenly grown much bigger and it glitches in the middle of work switching back to the original smaller size, and growing again when moved or used for an action. Any idea why this is happening?

I’m experiencing a major issue on a specific Figma file within my company workspace. Since I started working on this file, I’ve been unable to use key functions such as Undo, Redo, and Auto Layout.The keyboard shortcuts for these actions do not work at all in this particular file. However, the same shortcuts function normally on my personal Figma account and in other files, so it seems isolated to this company account file that I am working on. (I Even log in as an admin and not collaborator).This has become a major constraint to my workflow, especially as this is a paid professional account.Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this issue or recommend a fix?

For 2 months already I’ve been seeing unexpected behavior when playing prototypes in Present mode (desktop app).Elements set to Fixed position don’t stay in place and sometimes jump unexpectedly. They have absolute position and are fixed, but they shift from screen to screen. Screen layouts occasionally appear broken (elements get misplaced, copy changes, hover states freezing, elements shift), even though everything is set and looks correct in Design modeNote: The prototype settings and interactions are configured correctly. This occurs not only in new prototypes, but also in older prototypes that previously worked fine. And also this behaviour is not consistent. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it does not.Anyone experiences the same issues? 

I am trying to build a structured icon library in Figma using the Streamline icon set (Line, Solid, and Duotone styles). Hi team, Here’s what i found, when i select one Image/frame to vectorize, it does makes it vector shapes etc. After that, if we delete that image from canvas, the toolbar of vectorize still remains open instead of exiting. Is this behaviour is on purpose?   

Its been about two weeks now that I’ve been trying to get my Figma student account verified. I’ve already reached out to SheerID but they permanently closed my ticket. They didn't give me a reason why. I used my college email to verify and uploaded evidence of my enrollment. I dont know what to do. I’ve already missed out on a lot of collaborative work and I’m afraid this will cause me to loose points in my assignments. I tried to verify my status again but it said I had exceed the limit of attempts. Please help. It seems I’m the only one in my classes that is having this issue. 

How does inviting members to my project that are already paid collab members work? Do I inherit their annual costs or are they responsible for their seat license.

I was working on my scholarship application for Config, and I wanted to go through all the pages to see what other questions/prompts I had to answer in the future pages. I put in default responses like “This is a test.” so that I could bypass the required fields. I did not realize that after the page that asks you about potential allergies is the last page of the application. The “next” button turned into “submitting.” I have been searching all weekend to find who to contact through the forums and “chat with Fig” and none of these resources have helped me. I know the application closed on Jan 31 and I’m a worried that I will be overlooked.Who can I contact to update my responses?I finished all my responses ahead of time, and made a genuine mistake. I was really looking forward to attending Config and having the opportunity to afford meeting this community of folks that are creators.

I am in a Figma Make project with multiple linked pages, when I select the point and edit to select a specific element it keeps changing the page and going to another page instead of the one I was just on. I’m not able to select the specific elements on pages because it keeps changing pages as soon as I click on point and edit. I just updated my Figma this morning to the newest update and now have this issue.

FIGMA MAKEI keep getting this message” This document contains unsaved changes. These changes are saved locally and will sync when Figma reconnects” .at the same time I am just unable to get any response after i put my prompt and the offline sycn takes days.. it is very frustrating. I logged out many times .. nothing works..  

Hi, it would be great if you guys can help me out on this. I've been trying to publish my website so I can see how it behaves, but I'm getting a distorted page every time I publish it. It doesn't look distorted in my Figma make file, so I'm not sure what is wrong. I depublish it, I republish it again, that didn't seem to be the issue. I logged out and logged back in, that didn't help either. I reviewed the past files, and solutions have been asked in the forum, and tried to troubleshoot, but it doesn't seem like it's getting resolved.
